Weight loss for wife

ad

My wife has struggled losing weight despite working out regularly and trying her best to eat clean. To be honest, she has a sweet tooth problem. She has asked me to get her some non surgical help so I naturally start looking for gear. First off, she's beautifully thick but can lose 20 pounds comfortably. I was looking at lorcaserin for appetite suppression coupled with var, and possibly some clen. My thinking was the var would help save her lean mass while in the calorie deficit from the appetite supression and clen would help speed up metabolism. Am I thinking clearly? If this sounds reasonable, any suggestions on how to use these three?

Bro, my wife ate simi clean while talking clen and var and got super fit... No sugers though she has to cut that out there many sugar free substitute foods out there like jelly, syrup, soft drinks. They all can be found sugar free. Change it out for her without her noticing she probably won't nocite the difference on must of them. Snacking throughout the day on almonds has helped us not want sugars for years.

Hmm var so she can get thicker..... clen so she can have a heartattack.... anavar is a not a weight loss pill your wife has a sweet tooth because she doesn't eat a balanced diet full of veges and good sources of fat .. all the apetite suppresants in the world aren't going to fix her up .... she needs to make a decision about what she really wants, understanding that it isn't going to be an over night fix and that it takes time to do it properly ... I can help with a great diet that will work if she is willing to put the efffort into it otherwise if she tries pills the moment she is done with them she will not only gain back the weight she lost but she will add on extra

I would use Ephedra (bronkaide at the local pharmacy)/caffeine for appetite suppression. Var is questionable for use to cut (per my coach) because if her diet is off it will be a bulking tool not a cutting tool. Food is 75%. She can drop that 20lbs natty in 8 weeks on the right foods right. Height and weight? Carbs are important. I love my gear dont get me wrong however I sleep walk and eat peanut butter when I am too depleted lol. She should get on here and talk with us girls Smile You are a good dude for wanting to help her be happy.

No disrespect to Tron but for most people who are overweight it is not realistic to expect them to snap in to shape and conform to strict diet and health habits. I recommend she see a doctor and ask about a short course of phentermine. She can easily expect to shed 10-15% of her body weight in 1 month and its particularly helpful for those struggling to knock of that last 10 pounds or so many women cant get off. Seeing some initial results and utilizing the energy to get a good rhythm in the gym can help motivate her to sustain the good personal habits to keep the weight off when she's off the drug.

Phentermine works well. As stated run short course of it. Helps suppress appetite & seeing some quick gains from the work put in increases motivation IMO.

Then they come off of the phentermine and without learning good diet and workout regime they end up right back where they started. There are no shortcuts. Ingrain the habits of proper dieting and training right from the get go or just end up in contanst yo-yo battle with the weight.

Very good point. Without the diet & work out regimeN this is a losing battle. But, if you get those in check a short 60 day run of phentermine can help with appetite & fat burning with minimal downside. You are absolutely right that this has to be a life style change, it is very unwise & unhealthy to continually get on & off phent without addressing the #1 contributing factor of poor diet & exercise. Thanks Makwa

I absolutely understand and agree if she wanted it bad enough it would happen naturally. I think this is a safer option than plastic surgery though and would provide results.
