The OP made an account on NYE, posted on that day, and hasn't returned since. Bummer. Sirenred, if you return, your voice is welcome here and desired.

To any ladies reading this thread looking for advice on getting out of a body fat cut "slump," I'd like to suggest the number one resource for losing fat and building muscle.

GET GOOD SLEEP.

If you don't sleep, forget about it. A person cannot out cardio or out lift sleep deprivation. Aint gonna happen.

If sleep is dialed in, the next issue is, "LOWER YOUR STRESS."

Everyone is different and the context of those words I just capitalized will vary from person to person, but the sentiment is dead on the money. Stress is a killer. It kills your gains, it kills your relationships, it kills your body & mind. Eliminate stress as much as possible.

Then, it's DIET. When in doubt, stick to "meat & veggies." Skip breads, rice, pastas, etc. (To all of you meat heads who will knee jerk react to my comments about diet, please note that the OP is trying to drop body fat. Lowering carbs from grain sources is a good way to do that. Carbs from fruit & veggies have lots of fiber with them that can fill a person up, lowering the chances of mindlessly eating too much bread, etc.)

Lastly, EXERCISE. This is as varied as the stars in the sky, but the sentiment will always be the same.

If all of these criteria are met, then we can chat about chemicals. But the chemicals won't do shit if there's deficincies in sleep, stress, diet & exercise. That's not judgement. It's just the truth. Every veteran, both male and female, will tell you that chemicals only work when the work is put in first (in the mind, in the kitchen, in the gym, then sleep).

Yeah, well he doesn’t tell people to use gear, if they are using too on top of his training they don’t tell him. I’m asking about what compounds would be recommended to help me move along better. Jesus, I’ve explained that I work really hard. He kicks my ass, has great nutrition, but with IBD and on birth control there is a limit you can do naturally. I’ve lost 20 lbs in the last few months, and am maintaining where I’m at. He knows his shit, I’m just looking for a little extra on top of it. If I didn’t want to do extra I wouldn’t be in this forum.

Smells a fish!
You keep saying you "do a lot " and your " eating right. "
If you were a man no one here would cosign a "stack" for you. Your body fat is too high. And you have only been back in the gym for a few months. It is obvious either your food is wrong or your gym is wrong. If you can not get results with out gear you arent going to get results with gear. And you must have some thing in mind you want to try. So do your own research spoon feeding only makes things worse

Your body fat is too high.

Really? you do realize 25% to 31% is average for a woman. 24% makes her leaner than average and in the "fitness" range. Stick with what you know.

Ok I’m done. I’m gonna have my account deleted since no one even wants to give me names of things that might be helpful so I can actually do research. What a waste of time this was. All I wanted was some ideas and I feel like I’m being attacked. I’ve stated what I want to try. Things to help speed up my metabolism and help me cut some bf. Multiple times I’ve stated this. Yet all I’m getting is responses saying no this and no that. Not what I expected at all. Expected someone to at the very least give me names of things that are good for that so I can do my research and choose something appropriate for me. But nope.

I would see an endocrinologist if I were you. You may have thyroid problems, or some other issue interfering with your metabolism/fat loss, especially considering your proclaimed diet and workouts.

Don’t delete. You will find the answers you seek. This community is cautious.

That's because none of them are women and none of them are sure what to suggest other than what they have been. It's also a bit of an interview process, the more we learn about you, the better your chances of finding something that will work.

All you men who see fit to post in the ladies lounge. Best you know what you're talking about and have first hand knowledge working with women. if not, get the fuck out.

Sound like you are doing a lot of things right already. You May want to try a lot of compound power movements.Tends to take the fat off fast.

SirenRed's picture

I’m doing a lot. I really want to try a simple stack to speed it up and build more muscle in the next 6 months

Manshit's picture

What exactly did you have in mind?Remember when you say stack you are talking about a combination of drugs or supplements.

SirenRed's picture

I’m talking about some compounds I can use to accelerate the fat loss without sacrificing too much muscle gain. That’s all I’m looking for, just don’t know what is best and looking for recommendations so I can do my research on them. Im looking to cut bodyfat specifically. I have a lot of muscle on my body and I gain muscle like a beast so I’m not concerned with that. Just want to cut bodyfat easier so I can get down to 18-20% then cycle off and maintain.

Cardio before eating anything right upon waking

Already do it. And I’m on a pretty strict protein dense diet. Intermittent fasting too. Which is why I feel I’ve dropped the 20lbs I’ve dropped in the last few months. It’s been almost all bodyfat dropped. My bf is a really talented trainer and has racked his brains with workouts for me. He has trained bikini and physique competitors and also is bummed I’m in a stall for over a month now. I lift well and do my cardio and eat right but I’m completely stalled out now, even with changes, which is why I’m looking for recommendations on a cut stack. Even at my leanest is the past I didn’t have great definition. I got down to 138 and 20% bf at one point. And maintained well until my car accident. I was diagnosed with irritable bowel disease this past year too and my eating got pretty restricted, meat and veggies only, can no longer do grains at all. Might as well have celiacs the way my body reacts if I eat any grains. And I mean any, even rice or oats. I just feel at this point I need to add a cut supp program into the mix to achieve my goals. Especially if I ever want to step on stage.

SirenRed's picture

I take birth control pills. Which I have to take and do affect my metabolism. The diet I’m on now is great and is working and we have adjusted it, just my progress has slowed significantly. Want to do a short cycle of something to pick it up again for the last 5-8% of bodyfat I want to lose then I can adjust and maintain with diet and workouts alone after that
