Macro/Var advise

I need some advise....
157lbs 5ft 7in Current Macros: 40/40/20 split
1500cal, 33g fat, 150g protein, 150g carbs. Var 20mg
Split 10 morning/10 evening I am gaining muscle no problem but the fat isn't coming off. HIIT
Training 5x a week. I am wanting to lose excess fat.
3weeks into my 8 week cycle.

well ... you aren't eating enough to start with ... you are starving yourself .. your cardio is burning muscle rather than fat ..
this is not a fat loss pill ..... do what Drock says below
do fasted cardio for 20-30 min every morning ... a nice slow even pace .. your heart rate doesn't need to be high to burn fat

At 1500 cals I doubt you're gaining muscle, you are seeing the effects of the var...prob getting a bit thicker?....strength up a bit?.....
Anavar is a muscle building compound and should be used as such, therefore, a diet with excess cals is warranted.....simply put, you are not eating near enough if you are taking anavar
If you are using it as a "diet pill" you will be disappointed once use is discontinued...
Nutrition and exercise is the way to cut bf, again , 1500 cals may be to low....figure your tdee and drop 200-300 cals below maintenance for a couple weeks and compare stats.....keep this routine until you hit your goal

I don't how how it works for girls, but it's almost impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. I would focus on one or the other. If you decide which one you want someone who has more experience than me can help you.
