help needed for gf

ad

hi everyone. I need some advice from someone experienced concerning my gf's diet and exercise because she is a bit lost.
a little background: she gave birth to our son 2 months ago. she used to workout tons before she got pregnant, she wanted to compete bikini. now that she is back at the gym she has for goal to lose this baby fat that got accumulated during the pregnancy and build muscle (big bubble butt please).
we are still confused about the quantities that she should consume and the type of workout she should do (aka. do it in supersets or single sets, how much cardio, low rep or high rep,....).

she is 5'10 and 167lbs. her body type is like the one of those volleyball or tennis players. (she is eastern European, so long and lean).

she eats the following:
meal 1 : 4 egg white, 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal 2 : post workout shake (2 raw eggs, 1 banana, 6oz cashew milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 3tbsp peanut butter, 1tsp flax seed, 1tsp cinnamon)
meal 3 : 6oz chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, spinach
meal 4 : 6oz chicken, spinach
is this enough? too much? not appropriate for her goals?

then for workout:
day 1 : legs (supersets, 10 heavy reps, 3 sets for each)
day 2 : chest/tri (single sets, 15 reps, 3-4 sets depending on the exercise)
day 3 : back (single sets, 15 reps, 3-4 sets depending on the exercise)
day 4 : rest
day 5 : legs (supersets, 10 heavy reps, 3 sets for each)
day 6 : shoulders/bi (single sets, 15 reps, 3-4 sets depending on the exercise)
day 7 : rest

she told me to write : ADVICE PLEASEEEEEE Blum 3

My friend after her baby's birth gained a lot of fat. She was worried and as suggested by her body guide took body challenge a 30 minutes workout at home that is available as an e-book (PDF) and changed her daily diet.By adding lemon water, fruits like apple, pear, orange, tangerine,...,yogurt with honey or maple syrup, and whole grain bread. This helped her a lot and she lost 55 lbs.

She's not eating enough. What is that like 1200 calories? Many women make the mistake of cutting too many calories. You gotta eat to lose fat, if not your body freaks out and wants to keep it. I was huge after my 3rd kid. I am also 5'10, back then I was around 190 47% bodyfat today I am 150 15%. She needs to eat enough and be patient.
