+ 1 Helios vs clen?

ad

I was wondering if any ladies have used both and could give some insight? I've read that Helios don't cause the clen shakes? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I've used Helios more than a few times. It's not oil based its water based and the dosage I ran was constant, no ramping up/down and still felt same effects. Personally, I thought it was better than Clen alone. Shakes weren't nearly as noticable but I would get the occasional muscle cramp. Not painful, but annoying. Like if I twisted sideways to pin my glute my abs would tense up and stick that way for a few seconds.

did you try to use it for spotloss? You look far too lean for that but I thought I would ask Smile

Haven't tried helio yet but I'm currently on a Clen cycle and I don't find the side effects bad at all. I'm actually REALLY liking the Clen I swear I could have ran for hours last night. Tonight ill lift weights and see how it treats me.

How many weeks are you doing Clen for? What does ur cycle look like?

My wife tried helios for about a week. Hated it! She loves clen but hated helios. It's oil based but injected subq. She bruised from every injection and was sore for over a week. Can't really comment on the effectiveness as she quite well before seeing results but she did say it doesn't have the immediate kick that oral clen has.

Helios is a stupid product. You aren't supposed to take yohimbine hcl with any stimulant for your hearts sake. Choose one or the other. I've had good success taking 1mg per 10lb of body weight of yohimbine hcl before fasted cardio in the morning. You must take it fasted and no stims with it. I feel its the most effective otc fat loss product out there.

I'm more interested in hearing about Helios than Clen! Anyone?

I agree.. I wanted to know more about Helios as well.. but I don't think very many ladies use helios.. Side note: It's a mix of yohimbine hcl and clen... can be injected for what's believed as spot loss?? Either way.. Clen was enough for me.. I don't know that I would add anything else to it.. just me.

YOu find something for spotless you let me know! I have a riny little spot of fat on my calve of all places that makes me nuts. lol

I haven't decided on anything yet, still doing my research and deciding if this is the route I want to go.

Inked... Which did you deside on? I've ran clen before and did not like the sides I had. I've just started hearing about Helios and I'm doing a little reseach into it.. but I was wondering which you went with.

I had shaking and when I would breath it felt almost cold.. if that makes sense. I had to take something to sleep.. could not sleep for anything. However, I did lose about 10lbs in the three weeks I was taking it. Had I been on a good solid diet I think I would have done better. I know what you've taken in the past I don't think you would have that much of an issue if you ramped up on it. I have a friend now taking it.. she's not had the shakes like I did.. she noticed the sleep change though.. you could do like I did and take somenex or something like that... also, I was advised to take Benadryl after the three weeks because it's a bronchodilator and the Benadryl helps the lungs.

Clen is poison to your heart. Its been proven to have long term negative effects on your heart even if you just use a little now it will effect you later on in life. If you get a quality yohimbine hcl it doesn't have the dirty feel of simple yohimbe, very different. Most supps have cheap yohimbe in them, the "fat burner" supps with 12 ingredients. You need to buy pure yohimbine hcl and start out at 3mg and work up. I take 18mg pre fasted cardio and it works great, no sides.

Most of the people I've talked to either liked clen or hated it no in between... also most people suggest running Benadry at 50-100mg ED on every third week of clen cycle. Also you can use Taurine throughout the clen cycle as well. 3-5g. From what I've read Taurine calms exitatory nerve pathways and helps prevent the shakes, heart palpitations, and cramps. However, I've never tried the Taurine.. it's worth maybe looking into.

I started with 10mg.. for the first four days then moved up to 20mg. I ran 20mg for five days then up to 30mg for the remaining time.. I couldn't take 40mg.... Now my GF cycle looks like this 20x3, 40x2, 60x7, 40x2, 20x2. I've read nothing that says you need to come down at a ramp but some women do. I just ended after the 21st day. I didn't do to the T3 however she is.. she's running it at a ramp for 42 days. 12.5 up to 25, 37.5 then back down to 25, 12.5. I think you would do fine and if you start at the lower end and work up you will know when you reach that point of feeling too jittery. It was the first thing I ever ran and didn't know as much as I should. I think you will do fine, you are doing your research and will know everything to expect.. just as you did with the var. BTW glad to hear it's going well.. I'm counting down the weeks.. Smile

I have used both Clen and Helios. I still get the shakes with the Helios but its not that bad. I like both Clen and Helios, but for me personal I will stay with the Helios. The only bad thing with the Helios is that you have to injected yourself everyday, so your skin become tender. Otherwise, I am seeing better results with the Helios then the Clen.

Like I said, my suggestion was Helios. But regardless, I'm happy to see you taking your Q to the board!
