My husband ordered me lady anavar but he can't remember what dosage it is. Does anyone know what dosage the lady anavar comes in?

I am pretty sure it was 10 also bc I remember thinking that I can split it and do 5 am and 5 pm. Unfortunately, it's capsules so I'm not sure how to split it.
