Hey Ladies! Looking for some serious no BS knowledge. I'm 35 5'5 120lbs. I'm in decent shape looking to add some bulk and really cut. I know that Clen/Var are both good for these types of results. I've done a ton of research on how I should start and how my diet should look. I guess what I'm looking for is someone to reply directly to my situation with ideas on how I should go about this. Looking forward to hearing from you all!

Grrl is 100% correct...either bulk or cut!. Trying to do both you r just spinning your wheels!. .post up your diet/ macros and training regiment and we can go from there. At 5,5 120 doesnt sound like theres much to cut? body fat%?....
You cannot do both of these things well at the same time .. either bulk up and add mass or cut. trying to do both is like walking down the middle of the street in rush hour traffic
I understand what you are saying but I have read ally and it seems to be a very popular stack for women.
Week 1: Var 5mg
Week 2: Var 10mg
Week 3-4: Clen/Var 10mg
Week 5-6: Var 10mg
Week 7-8: Clen/Var 10mg

I am thinking that if I Taper down then that will be enough. For example, This may be 1 week after i complete my cycle when I taper down. Considering the average dosage is 10mgs, a taper would be: (5, 5, 5, 2.5, 2.5, 2.5)
Any thoughts, suggestions?

I'm not saying its whats popular or not, and weather it works or not. I am on this site for a reason obviously and asking for advice, as I clearly stated in my intro. I am only asking for crediable advice and guidance.
I gave you some credible advice to pick one or the other... bulk or cut , and you came back with a "seems to be a popular" stack ... but it seems like you are looking for someone to sign off on what you have already read a lot about not credible advice and guidance
Lets start over then, let me ask you this... I want to take Var first and bulk. What would your advice be?
make sure you eat enough calories to support the increased muscle mass and gains that you will make
... ensure that you are not over training and rest enough as even though your recovery time speeds up and you can train more nothing makes up for rest time/off time from training and you will gain far more mass with the rest than you would with the training .... I usually suggest that people start out with their diets 40/30/30 protein/carbs/fat and adjust carbs and increase protein if they see that they are putting on too much fat.
