What's up from who know's where.

ad

Reason for my title due to having made my first newbie mistake for not having read the forum rules through and through. But would like to say hello to all from the USA I am one who just started lifting seriously for the past 6 months now. I have been training for strength by way of Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 and I am looking forward to raising my numbers significantly but would like to do it with the most cautious approach and I feel that I have found the place that will assist me in reaching my goals...

I have nothing bad to say about Wendler's program it is truly doing the job . Changes in body composition and awesome newbie gains ..Yes sir you got that right.. Allow me to say that I grown interested in Coach Rip's Starting Strength Method and was looking to get started on that in the New Year once i got the programming down. As you may know it's strictly a strength program and I was wondering if there would be any changes to the Newbie protocol as described in the forums for a first time cycle.?

yes you may want to go basic T, like prop or TNE if you dont mind it, that will help immensely with that program, add in some dec and some Arimidex, proviron and nolvadex and you will have the estro and shbg in check and should reap the full benefits of the products since estro/shbg can not clog those T. receptors and they will be fully open to suck up the goodies and help you pile on meat and strength

welcome to MG my friend

gearbank thanks for the advice I will take it all under consideration...have a good ...!!!

so you thinking new year about doing your first cycle and doing coach rips starting strength?

Tbh i imagine your planning a simple testosterone cycle. As long as you are training hard and fueling body i would keep everything as simple as possible. You will see your body changing weekly if food is in check regardless of gear. By the sounds of it you are really getting stuck in which is perfect just stay consistent now mate and it will all come together!

Hey excuse the old man but what does Tbh stand for I'm not quite up on that ...lol Your advice is very sound advice and it resonates the advice that I have received from many experienced members of this forum and that will most likely be the way I will go "just keeping it simple " longevity is my goal and staying healthy is what I will strive for...

Thanks
