Anonif you have a I phone or touch Ipod there is a app thats based off the army's afpt. and it has a BF% calculator in it and all you need is a seamtress tape to take the measurements. Its proably not the most accurate way to do it. Also the Army use the same methode but its a computer progame instead I Know I always had to tape out for my my hieght and weight. Hope that helpd and holp the forum police don't roast me for this advice
there's several ways to go about getting your bf% ... if you are clueless on this then be proactive and start using google..
here's a clue ---> http://www.linear-software.com/online.html <---
I use this site when using manual calipers, but I have access to university so and a weightloss clinic so if you have access to any of those consider making friends at those places because their equipment can be more accurate and give detailed info. I also own a pair of digital calipers that work just fine and store my info; picked them up for $20 at a supplement store. hope this helps! check out the site there's instructions on the areas and how to do it.
1jakd_hipyHey guys, before you blast him on BF% he's working on getting a hold of calipers. So go easy
I'm thinking ADHD! LOL ;-P
