Typical intro
Hey all, not much for talking about myself but figured it polite to post an intro to the community.
Been training off and on for close to twenty years, consistently for the last four. Have completed three AAS cycles in the past, plus also two SARMs cycles a while before that. I studied human physiology and nutrition, and see my training and everything else surrounding it as much as a fun kind of experiment as I do an exercise in looking and performing better. I tend to train using a 3 way bro split, which I periodically over 3 month phases. For diet I don’t really notice any difference between higher or lower carbs for how I feel or body comp, all that seems to matter for me are appropriate calories for whatever my goal is at the time and high enough protein. About four years ago my test levels came in pretty low so I’ve been TRTing since with the occasional blast here and there.
Hopefully I can contribute something useful here from my experience and educational background as well as not irritate anyone with silly questions!

gearboy667Welcome
Welcome to Eroids glad you're here
Sounds good! I'm silly as fuck at times.
Welcome to eroids bro... Silly questions are just part of learning, silly people can be irritating.. lol. Be sure to read the rules and glad to have ya..
Haha, well the thing is I far too easily slip into troll mode if I don't check myself... in past lives on other forums I used to try to bait certain members who i thought took themselves too seriously with ridiculous questions. It was all great fun until I became a site mod and then saw it from the other side, so I like to think i'm reformed now!
*periodize my bro split.
I see my hate/hate relationship with autocorrect has already followed me on here.
