Loving this website! I am a friend of Dionysus (banned and I'm not surprised, he is very blunt and takes no shi). I however am reserved and follow the rules of forums. Having said that, I am really liking the knowledge and how everyone helps each-other. Also I like the ranking system and how informative it is. Look foward to making a few buddies and LEARNING a lot of great tricks to building quality lean muscle.
