Have been around a relatively short time, just around 3 years. Have only been using AAS for 1 year, but spent 2 years prior to this reasearching AAS until i finally took the plunge.

Im not massive.... yet... but slowly getting there.

I have read a lot, and do frequent a lot of forums. I would say my knowledge of AAS is above average at best, and i do have questions myself still and will help out anyone i can with whatever information i have aquired over the years.

My preferred take on AAS is as little as possible and as effective as possible. Smart, cleaver cycles, using reasonably low dosages but to maximum effect. This normally consists of cycles of a maximum of 12 weeks utilizing Orals and Short & Long esters.
