Thanks for the work you folks do here! Im learning lots. Ive decided to come out of the shadows . Livin in the northern plains. Hence the pic of -23. We bit chilly in winter! Anyway up here in the oilboom land and need to get my ass movin into the gym. Have a fair amount of lifting experience..... Spent a few minutes in a cage! Courtesy of the state!
