New to the game at 38 looking for tips

ad

Hey guys, finishing up my pct off my first ever cycle. Took antidepressants for years like the rest of my family and always knew that wasn't the issue. Told my Dr. that low test mimicks depression. She sent me to a urologist who did blood work a couple times and over the span of a couple years my levels had dropped to just above the low level of normal. They refused to put me on TRT. I said so I have to wait until I have none for you to put me on it? Anyways, been off antidepressants for years now and took test into my own hands. So glad I did because I feel better than ever. I've put on and kept 20 pounds of muscle from a test/tren cycle and now I'm looking to lean out my midsection and tighten my chest. I got a late start to the game at 38 years old but I'm pretty sure I'm in it for the long haul now if I keep feeling this good.
Happy to be here.

@NightTrain, I too am 38 and new to AAS. I've been here on this site for half a year or so and I've learned a lot. If you have an open mind and are willing to learn from the vets on this site, they'll help you skip all the trial and error that can lead to long term damage (both physically, as well as socially, etc).

As for antidepressants, I've spent my time on them and am looking to get off of them forever as well. I wish you well in that endeavor, no doubt.

Regarding the long haul, learn what you can, and pay it forward to the next batch of dudes in their late 30s who feel like shit due to low T, and help them make good decisions regarding their own health. Cheers brother! -Zeus
