New to ER looking for advice and tips
ad
What's up brothers? New here and to gear and would like any advice and tips for a beginner cycle for shredding and preventing gyno ( the only sides I'm concerned about). Male 31, 220 lbs, 5'11", and in-shape just want to shred and cut up. Not interested in gaining size even though I know when using gear some size is inevitable but getting cut is my main goal. Thanks in advance.

Best cut is masteron tren test for me with super clean diet
can pics only be uploaded to profile and not to posts?
Alright I finally weighed and measured myself today and I see why all the concerns. I also found my measurements and pics from New Year's. Man can I tell the difference and didn't realize how much I changed in 3 months. NYs measurements WAIST:40 1/2", HIP: 42 3/4", CHEST: 45", WEIGHT:220lbs. As of today WAIST: 36", HIP: 38 3/4", CHEST: 41 1/4", WEIGHT: 191.2lbs BF: 18%+/-.
I have done, and will continue to do research into cycles before I step into them. And realized that sometimes I may come off harsh, I'm just very aware of what I am seeking. Also I was taking concernment as belittling and out of context and that mind set is something I am trying to break. Forgive me.. I appreciate all advice. I think I'm going to continue with the diet and incorporate more exercise but a nice beginner's cycle for cutting is always welcome for future references. Thanx again everybody.
Ok brother, first off, everyone is giving u good advice. We understand what ur asking. U want to elevate T enough to benefit fat burning to get ur beach body without without having to buy bigger skinny Jean's. The answer is simple. If u have been doing the research u would know this. Hold off on the drugs because u dont need that to accomplish ur goals. Try this topic I'm posting below. Add in a nice workout program and Boom! I think this will fit ur program better.

If that topic doesnt fit ur profile ur still persistent that u need drugs to achieve ur goals then...

1st of all I don't argue with anyone in real life so I won't start on the internet. 2nd I won't disrespect you or anyone else so extend me the same courtesy. Thx.
But back to the subject at hand, my profile I just made just to make to read forums not knowing if I was going to get involved in the community or not so its not accurate. The 220lbs was the last time i weighed myself on New Year's Eve and I haven't weighed myself since. I stated 220lbs because it was my last verified weight and didn't want to say I was 170lbs when I never weighed that much.
And I know push ups and pull ups don't constitute as cardio, that's not what I was saying. I was saying me being actively on my feet and pulling orders 11hrs a day was my cardio. And I know yogurt isn't vegan, I don't even like yogurt but it's good for my guts. I've been physically fit most of life because of my fitness, sports, and my diet so I have that part covered.
Already been to the doc plenty of times and was a waste of money and time and all my results were due to "too much stress just change your stress and everything will return to normal".
I wasn't saying I want to use AAS but don’t want to disrupt my natural production of T, I was saying basically what would be the minimum dosage to boost your T because I read about some people take too little of a dose where it's just a waste of T and disrupts their natural production in the end and doesn't result in benefits.
Now to the kcal, obviously I wasn't hitting 4000+ kcal by eating vegan. I said I just switched back to vegan 2wks ago because of the way I was eating before 2wks ago.
Not once did i mention not getting cut or hitting plateaus but I did mention wanting to cut and shred up and best way to go about that. I don't know if people are picking and choosing what to speak on or maybe we're lost in translation because I'm not speaking right but I apologize for that and I'll try to be more comprehensive.
And I'm not just jumping into this, I've been researching for awhile now and read alot of different feedback and wanted advice on personal experience and knowledge on the subject of cutting/shred cycle because most subjects I've read are on bulking up and getting competition ready when that's not what I'm aiming for (beachbody is my goal and a boost in T levels). Thx for the advice.
You know enough to order drugs but need a cosigner on how to take them. Smh, Good luck with that. IMO, the best cutting drug is proper diet and plenty of training. You have to be dedicated and committed. U only get what u put in and so far ur all over the place. U shld also get some bloodwork done to make sure ur chemicals and hormones are working properly. Theres alot of info here to help u with diet, foods, supplements, training, bloodwork, and members are quick to help. Dont fuck it up by lying and and asking for cosigners. Good luck brother...
Also what kind of cycle would you do just to boost T levels without it being a waste for cutting off your own natural supply of T? Because I would hate to just take too low of a dosage where it has no benefit towards me.
Btw I have orderer Sus 250, arimidex, proviron, and hcg. I just didn't want to initiate until giving proper advice. Thx again.
First & foremost...update your stats!...need BF%...you write your 220lbs but profile says 200lbs...also your message below shows you need some more education on exercise & diet. Doing some pushups & pullups at the warehouse does not equate to cardio. Additionally, saying you’re getting all your kcals on the vegan diet you mentioned is suspect; considering you’re not getting cut & hitting plateaus...you’re missing something or withholding something about your food intake.
Now I’ll step off the soap box...you are clearly moving forward as you’ve ordered already...so here’s some info so you can be safe & not screw yourself up too bad...
Use the search function for tips on beginner cycles. You’ll notice that all recommended first few cycles are Test E or Test Cyp @ 500 per week. Your Adex you’ll need to dial in with bloodwork. Provi & hcg are debatable ancillaries...especially in early cycles. You’re going to need proper PCT - clomi + nolva - look into it.
You mention you want to use AAS but don’t want to disrupt your natural production of T...this is not possible. Exogenous Test will shut down your natural production. And if you have low T as you’ve said, then after cycle you’ll return to your low levels (potentially lower). The alternative method to increase your own production is controversial...because of unknown longterm sides...so I’m not going to go any deeper; you can do yoir own research.
If low T is your main focus, then continue with the natural methods to increase & get bloodwork to confirm. If you are in fact low T you can simply go to doc & get bloodwork, and potentially you’ll be prescribed T... and you’ll be monitored properly.
I didn't expect prompt responses so thx in advance.
Alright here's a little more about myself:
For the past 2 years I was real depressed so I ate then I was depressed because the way I ate, a never-ending cycle. T became really low, health was a wreck, always tired with no energy or enthusiasm for anything. Became very weak physically and mentally. Weight surge up to 230lbs, i think 237 at the heaviest. From mid-teens to about 27 I was always pushing 220lbs but physically fit. Since my depression i was just fat, overweight, out of breath, weak and out-of-shape couldn't even do a push-up or a pull-up.
Last three weighs were October-December (223-227 lbs) and couldn't lose weight. Also I took measurements. Sorry for the long drawn out ramble.
Since the beginning of 2019 I've been taking a tribulus terrestris supplement (which I thought was fake because it took a week for effects to kick in) and I can tell it works (and not a placebo or pill filled with caffeine) because my energy came back, confidence, erection and morning wood. I cant even call it morning wood because it was so hard it was steel, woke me up out of my sleep and stayed hard for almost 3 hrs.
My diet from beginning of the year I switched to 1 meal a day but would easily eat up to 4000+ calories at one sitting. But my diet for the past 2 weeks I have switched back to vegan because my eating had gotten out of hand. So now I eat once a day, no grains but plenty of nuts & seeds with yogurt and berries; moderate salad with bell peppers, tomatoes, avocados, no dressing just tossed in toasted sesame oil with salt and pepper; half of a spaghetti squash.
I work in a warehouse so I'm walking all day for 11hrs so cardio is covered with a couple of pull-ups and push-ups here and there (I can tell you I can do more than 1 since starting the tribulus terrestris). For the first 3weeks of the year most days I was doing 2-a-days at the gym on weekdays and 3-a-days on the weekends. I haven't been since or even weighed myself since new years eve or took measurements (I will try to get current weight and measurements tonight after work if I remember with December weight and measurements with pic).
So my question is if any of you were doing a cutting cycle as a beginner to shred up what would you recommend (gaining size isn't an issue if you gain, you gain) ?
Dominick77You mentioned that getting cut is your main goal. You mentioned you are not interested in ANY size at all. You do not need AAS for that. Thats all diet/cardio. GYNO is the ONLY sides you are concerned with? Thats the LEAST of my concern with AAS, but to each his own.
TrenLiverDiet/cardio will help Not gear
Got a pic you can post?
Hi mate welcome. What does your diet look like?
