Whats going on everyone! I wanted to jump in and introduce myself. 42 yo trying to stay in shape and work around constant injuries. Right now just on TRT. 165LB 5' 8" Not sure on body fat. I've been consistant at the gym for the past 1 1/2 years but having to take time off due to ac joint in both shoulders and golfers elbow. any suggestion on either would be awesome.
