a quick rundown, ive been training for about 12 years. I have taken steroids a few times at a young age(basically i fucked up).Now that i have my nutrition and training in check for about 4-5 years now im going to a real cycle but need some info on pct so i dont mess my shit up again. I looked through some threads here to figure out how to run pct properly but cannot find what im looking for. Basically i would like to know what, when and how much pct i need if im running a basic test,deca cycle for 10-12 weeks. any input would be appriciated, thanks

AnonI would just stick with a test only cycle. 500mg testE for 10 weeks and run the pct above. You can get awesome gains off of test only cycle for a long time.
Post some stats it'll help out. Anyways.. A proper pct usually consists of:
2 weeks after your last Test E shot (which should be your first cycle):
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50
This will produce natural testosterone while clearing out your estrogen at the same time. It will provide you with the essentials to maintain basically all of your weight gain as well as restarting your HPTA. For more information, feel free to send me a message.
Also, I would not take Deca at all. You wouldn't know how you reacted to the testosterone! Again, please send me a message if you do not understand.
DO NOT just give him a cycle. Point him in the right direction to find them himself.

If you start out using deca you are about to make the same mistake and f up again. Keep it simple and go back to the basics of a 1st time user.
