Hello all new to this board. Liking this one seems pretty straight forward, not a whole lot of sponsor hype or protection like that. My stats 5'9" 215 15% bf. My goals to continue to get bigger and stronger I have been lifting for several years diet pretty good well as good as it can be with kids on the go lol.....looking forward to learning and sharing
