Hello to all. I'm new here and got to say I love it. I'm probably considered an old head lol (47 yrs.). I Have several cycles under my belt but haven't done anything in a little over 2 years (and I'm starting to get the itch). I'm 168 cm, 112 kg. Looking forward to trimming down and learning from you guys.....keep up the great work...
