Hey everyone I have been here a couple weeks and am just getting around to introduce myself. My tag is biogen but everyone I know calls me DUB. Im a gym junkie like the other 100% of people on this site but you can never learn too much about fitness and nutrition . I am a big fan of progression if you ever stop learning then you are wasting your life. Im glad to be here everyone I have spoken with so far has been helpful. Hoping to gain some more knowledge and share some along the way...
