New girl looking for help!
ad
Hello everyone,
I am a 34 yr old mother of 3. I started running in the last few months to get rid of my "baby fat". I've been having issues with injuries since day one; shin splints, hip bursitis and now a possible strain/tear in the lower abdominal/ groin area. I know if I go the traditional route I will no doubt have months of physio ahead of me and I will lose the gains I have made. I have plans to run a few 10k's this season and was looking into using Anavar as a healing tool. From what I have researched side affects are kept to a minimum with low dosage so I wanted to try 5mg a day for 8 weeks.

Welcome to E-roids!
Welcome ... I hope you are getting some knowledge. Check out the ladies lounge and hit up iheartyou or myself if you would like to hear about the girls club.
Welcome ;)
Hopefully you've found the ladies lounge.
Congrats on the eight pounds! Fortunately for you Anavar increases collagen synthesis which is beneficial in healing injuries. Due to the shutdown though and long term stress on the liver, you cannot take this 365 which I think you already know.. Just wanted to stress that point... Medically speaking, yes it will aid in injury repair if cycled correctly.
Thanks, after having my last baby a little over a year ago I realized early on that weight loss was more difficult than in my younger years ;) Still I'm determined to get to my goal of 140-145 lbs. After that I will be looking at making some strength gains, the Var will definitely help in that department but do you think 5 mg will suffice? Should I up the dose after a couple of weeks? I don't want to take more than 10 mg. Sorry about all the questions people but I'm here to learn and make the best choice for my body while minimizing damage. I've got 3 kids to take care of so I can't afford to be on my ass. Thanks!!
biggerthanyouAnavar made my injuries far worse. You should look into tb500 mama
Never read anywhere that Var made injuries worse. Maybe because you are heavy lifting? Maybe had nothing to so with the Var? Just wondering, but I am looking into far more simple remedies than injections.
Never heard about anavar making injuries worst
