I ran across this site just by doing some research on a new source I tried out and been looking around the forums. Seems pretty squared away to me. I have been taking AS for 5 years and unfortunatly was not that informed when I first started so over the last five years have been educating myself and feel I know how my body reacts I have put on 60 pounds in the last 5 years which I feel is pretty good. Anyways I'm glad to be on here and always learning more every day.
