Hows it going, cant believe this user name wasn't taken lol. I have been on and off the boards for years, been lifting since like 16, been around the block once or twice at this point, mid 30's.

The book that taught me the most was by Bill Pearl, I think it was an old read when I got it back then but still refer to it every so often. Familiar with Lyle Macdonald, Dan Duchaine, you get the picture.
