Hello

ad

I am 43 years old, 5' 11", aprox 160 - 165lbs depending on my activity level. Ecto, hard gainer, VERY little bf, defined and athletic.
Haven't used any gear in approximately 7 years, been in Cruise mode for about the last three, where I only do some circuit training two to three days per week, but I'm very active with lots of outdoor stuff including canoeing, hiking, motorcycle track days etc.
I've decided to go back on some gear to add some Mass, have amped my workouts up over the last two to three weeks. And will Wait Another 3 to 4 weeks before starting using the gear that I have already ordered from a source that has been heavily reviewed on here.
I will most likely stay away from very heavy lifts, as I have a old shoulder injury that I do not wish to aggravate, and I'm not looking to compete in any bodybuilding Just Want to Get Swole up again.
I used this site approximately 9 years ago when I very first started using gear, but was using a throwaway email which I no longer have access to can't remember my password login, etcetera. So I'm a newbie again, which is fine because I don't really do a lot of online form stuff anyway.
So there's my introduction. Please bear with me because I am doing talk-to-text on a mobile, because when I turn on my wife's computer I want to smash it and that's without any additional testosterone in my system hahaha.

Greetings!

Do you happen to know what happened to your shoulder? ie. is it possible you could get it up and running to function properly?

Also, I second PallMall. Blood work would be beneficial to see where you are at hormone and health wise. I bet a lot has changed in your body physiologically in the past 7 years.

One additional question to add onto PallMall's. What have you run in the past?

To answer both you and plant guy Pete, I will be running test e, maybe with a dbol kicker.
In the past I've run dbol, winstrol, anadrol orals.
Shoulder has a subscapular tear (rotator) which along with a completely torn long head bicep tendon (popeye injury) came from a motorcycle crash. Doc says surgery isn't necessary as long as I don't injure it worse. (Bicep is gone, by the time I realized my shoulder was f'd it had been too long for the bicep tendon to be fixed) I rehabbed it as good as I could and haven't had pain for a few years now.
This will be my first time with oils.
You're right, I should probably get bloodwork, I suppose. What exactly am I looking for?
I had replied to your comment earlierb I thought, but must have deleted it or something before posting. On mobile, so who knows. If it posts twice, thats why.

Thanks. That makes a lot of sense. It's funny I've never really had to worry about that sort of thing. I've been blessed / extremely fortunate / good genes? my whole life in regards to health. I still can't believe I'm 43 freaking years old, how the hell did it happen? I don't feel it, I don't look it, but the simple truth is I can tell that my body has slowed down over the last three or four, and the last physical check-up I had at the doctor they checked my cholesterol Etc. Everything was good then, but I guess at this age we have to start thinking about stuff like that. Anyway, I guess the Full Speed Ahead, Damn the Torpedoes attitude isn't a good one to keep at this age. Thanks for the input. I've never been much of a poster on any forums, but I am a lurker and have gleaned a massive amount of information, whether it's from eroids, Tacoma Nation, etc and I am always thankful that there's a whole lot of people who talk about and share information and experiences.
