My name is kertsz (wink wink) and I'm new to the forum so I thought I'd better introduce myself.

A bit about me:

5"7' / 210lbs, I stopped working out for the last year after being training for 4 years, was in great shape before my year break, so trying to get back to that now.

Right now working out 3 times a week and boxing 2 nights a week.
Trying to shred all the excess body fat and regain a bit more muscle mass.

Looking forward to having a chat with you guys, will definitely have some questions for you along the way...
