+ 1 Fat to Fit (hopefully)

ad

Hello Eroids!
I'm a 25 year old male, 6'3", and I gained a lot of weight after being on SSRIs for three years. The forums were recommended to me by a friend who’s currently on gear. I'm here looking for tips for when I reach my weight loss goals, and I’m hoping this community will help keep me accountable.

Right now, I weigh 375 lbs and am working to get back down to 200 lbs. Ive been told to look into Retatrutide and use a meal prep service with my workouts. I don’t have a lot of free time since I’m a fulltime student, but I need to get a grip on my health.

I'd say my gym experience has a strong foundation.
My current 1RMs are
Deadlift: 305 lbs
Bench: 185 lbs
Squat: 245 lbs

I know I’m a fat fuck right now, but I’m excited to feel and look great. Also does anyone have a cheat sheet for terms, like PCT and TRT.
(Pics coming soon)

Get on Retatrutide and eat clean so when you are hungry eat proteins. Hit the gym and also do some cardio but start off light like do the elliptical and then move to the stair master. Reta will help you tons man, it works in the background burning fat and you will lose your appetite to eat. You won't really notice much until about week 4 or 5 but you should lose some weight even in week 1.

I was pretty fat when i first found out I was T2 Diabetic. I eventually found a guy named paul saladino. He promotes this diet called "Animal Based" like meat, dairy and higher fiber fruit. I lost a ton of weight on that diet then switched back to a "normal" diet. I considered using GLP1s but that diet worked so well for me I didnt even need them. I was eating in a pretty big deficit and was struggling to even meet those macros because I was so full all the time. just dont go down some huge rabbit hole because I dont agree with everything he says but do your own research. Good luck on your journey though bud!

Diet yourself down to 10% BodyFat, THEN you're ready to begin a cycle to build muscle. 1-1.5 hrs daily fasted cardio. 500-1,000 calorie deficit, some Test, good workout split, eat clean(meat, rice, veggies), NO cheat meals.

Before you use anything like retatrutide, you need to have the dedication and discipline down - you said you don’t have a lot of time, but you need to commit to daily cardio and a training split.

You also need to have your diet, hydration, and sleep in check. Retatrutide might help lost fat, but if you can’t get your diet, cardio, and training straight then adding gear later on won’t maximize your results.

It’s the long game, bro.

Before gear, get on a diet bro, shit amortizes more when you’re fat, and then you got cholesterol to worry about. The numbers on your lifts are pretty weak for your size big dog. You have to be dedicated to working out and you’ll see results. I know guys are on gear that look like shit. Also asking for a cheat sheet makes you sound lazy bro, your obviously on the internet, do some research.
