Hey all,
I was told about this forum by my source and just thought I'd do a quick intro, been into bodybuilding since 1991, had a break for 3 years from 2001 to 2004 as i got married, Got back into it and never looked back!
I am the Senior Mod over on HyperMuscles and englishmuscle,
Like I said I've been into bodybuilding for almost 20 years and I'm always learning,
I would also like to share the knowledge I have.
