Ayup All
Well, where to start, normally at the front, so, here it is..
I am 40yrs ish, and took a long break from bodybuilding (12 yrs), shite in my life happened, so, that suffered. Back in the gym now, own PT who is excellent, being coached and watched very well. Diet is clean, detoxing still, so, water, green tea, meat, meat, meat, and meat, etc. You get the picture?
Started a cycle of AAS, as used to cycle off and on before, and BAMN! Started to see real changes very quick, (muscle memory I was told), so, now on a HGH cycle too, as have some old injuries that are coming back to bite me on my ass, and preventing me from training some days. These, are doing well now, glad to say :-)
Getting my bodyfat down too, that is happening quicker with a PT. Proper feeling the "old me" again in the gym, I had missed it terribly, and being back, feeling strong is making my home life better (funny eh?).
Anyhow, just thought I'd say hello, and I would like to come to all for some advise / support, as things move on, and I feel I could do with some consult sometimes.
Cheers all
Doctor :-)

shirlsguyBrother, it comes back quickly! When I went onto TRT (naturally) last December, I was 100kg with about 30%bf... gut at 46" no lie. I feel much better, and like you, after a decade away from the iron. I gave you a FR, would love to compare how the year is going. Gr8 site!
Ayup Fella! I too had a gut, 44", now down too 36", not happy, but changing. I hated looking like I did. Being away from the iron was a choice I made, now, I couldn't be happier to be back. Deffo, cheers for the FR, and we'll compare where we are. Would be good to speak. Cheers Mate :-)
Glad to have you Doc! Also, very glad to hear that you are back at the grind of living healthy and working hard. Best of luck, I'm sure you can find everything here.
Cheers mate. I am sure finding loads of information on here. Great place. Thanks for the welcome :-)
