GuzmanusGood work getting back on track, that's what it's all about! Sticking with it is half the battle --
I’m just getting back after a horrible gun accident. I recovered in a month, however I ended up stopping my gear, stopped working out and went into a deep depression. Skys have cleared but my
Body’s been through it. I gained 28lbs, lost all my muscle definition. I stayed back 4 months ago and I’m already feeling myself again. Beat decision to go back.
Good shit man, getting the most out of as little gear is key. Keep it up!!
2DayIsTheDayGreat job Homie, I am on day 4 of my reclaiming myself. I had a good run in my late 30s early 40s but last 4 or 5 years I slipped into heavy depression and vices, due to this i dropped 60lbs of muscle and am back at square 1... looking like a skinny ass crackhead.
.
This is validation im on the right track, keep it up!!!
How’s the Retatrutide? Did you work up to 8mg a week?
Yeah under coach guidance now at just over 1mg daily for overlap
Great mid hunger suppression but not as severe as tirz. Good metabolic response and insulin sensitivity. Stacked with slu-pp-332 and consistent cardio sessions and forced rest days I've seen the most leaning out while focusing some lagging areas (lats, Hams) with significant growth during lean out surprisingly (without being on other anabolics)
Thick AF bro! Congratulations man!
Hey thanks brotha
Gosh damn man! Talk about a glow up! Do you have a ballpark goal weight!?
Haha thanks. Looking at 190-200 and assessing with current muscle (5'7") to begin next steps. Picked up an IFBB coach which has helped as well having training and diet review and ped management as we ease into more compounds in the near future.
Congratulations on the 6 years Sobriety mate
I bet you feel like you are living your life properly now.
You should take extra Folic acid and B12 tabs as together these 2 really help a stressed and fatty liver recover. I have changed my liver enzymes very quickly in the past whilst supplementing with them together.
Awesome appreciate the tip.
And yes sobriety has been the single best decision of my life for health and family.
I'll add both into the liver stack. The depakote had a big hit on enzymes and didn't realize it's toxicity. Wanting to get everything normalized as much as possible before adding in some more liver specific stressors in the next cycle
Currently supplementing specific to liver with
Tudca
Nac
Choline
Glutathione every other day
Berberine
Milk thistle
Carnatine tartrate
Increased epa DHA (6 grams split daily)
I did this post a while back bud - you may find some extra things in there you find helpful:

I too had a long battle with alcohol from 18 to 34, for all the excuses I could think of lol Little did we realise at the time - that the best way to deal with stressors and problems was to actually remain sober and not numb
Ain't that the truth brotha. I numbed myself rather than facing many issues and realities head on. So happy you found the strength as well. Checking out the post thanks a ton!
