I started my cycle a few weeks ago and so did my night sweats and insomnia. I saw a comerial for Zzzquil and figured i would give it a try. All i can say is my wife and I ABSOLUTLY LOVE IT!!!! We only take half the dose but it has REALLY helped me get some of the best sleep EVER while on cycle. i used to wake up atleast 3 times a night now i dont wake up but maybe once occasionally and aslong as i get near 8hrs(witch you should on cycle anyways) sleep then i wake up ready for work no problem. SO far iv seen it isnt habit forming because some nights i dont take it and feel no need to. I jjust put this out there for those of you who get shitty sleep like me on cycle, try it it may help.

i buy generic dipenhydramine from Walmart, its significantly cheaper. its OTC in the states.
What AAS are you taking? It could be many combinations causing this. I don't like to rely on any drug for sleep. It always becomes habit forming. Try to find the route of the problem and fix it.
Test E and D-bol at the moment. Iv always been the type of person that if im hot i CANT sleep for shit so gear tends to make it worse.
That's the truth bro! I learned masking the problem only leads to more problems. My surgery n painkillers taught me that lesson.

Is it over the counter? And if so, where do they sell it? No rule against telling everyone where to pick some up. But if you want PM me the info. Melatonin and Valerian have to be cycled on and off for me. Just need something for in between. I guess I could just google it. But to me letting everyone know where to pick some up is just adding knowledge to the ERoid family.
I got mine at walmart bro im not sure where else its avaliable. ANd yea its over the counter. Its from the makers of nyquil they just took out all the extra and left you all th goodie that makes you sleep. lol
Might have to look into that one mate, Im sleeping like shit at the moment. Not sure if it's available in the uk though?
