Ok so Ive done 3 cycles and only 1 I count as a real cycle due to my lack of knowledge and lack of gear around here at the time. I am now wayyyy more knowledgable about cycles, steriod profiles, pct pretty much everything since iv spent most this year (since cycle) learning. ANyways my question is im only 21 and have already used AAS on 3 different occasions(3 6wk runs) should i just continue because theres no reason not to or should i stick with IGFs for another year or 2 and just EAT. I didnt know it was to early at the time but its to late now. Im just asking for opinions or information on reasons to go either way, any help is much appreciated. thanks!!!

Not to say you are ready for them in any way, shape or form. Or condone your use...but I mean 213 pounds solid at 21 years old that's some good shit dude. I saw you say and I agree you probably are 10 times more qualified then about 90% of the people here or that use steroids period. The only thing that's a problem in anyones eyes that I'm seeing is age and I got the age talk to I'm only a couple years older then you.
1.Your diet can't be complete shit if you're 213 pounds...
2.You have cycle history already...
3.As you say you're getting your cert in PT so you obviously know how to move weight.
In conclusion, you can definitely use steroids if it's a healthy cycle and you don't go over the top with doses. All these guys whether they are 45, 55, 21, 23, 18 or 80... run the risk of messing up their LH, FSH, and normal test levels every time they cycle.
So do what you like man obviously everyone is just looking out for you & best interest as we have a good group of guys around here but most the risks they bring up that could effect you for the rest of your life ALSO GOES FOR THEM AS WELL.
(Remember I'm not condoning it though or saying you should just laying down the facts)
Thanks for all the advice guys, im 6'1 213 and iv always been a bigger guy so im not sure i have to much more "growing" to do but I still see what your talking about. My diet is on point and has been for the majority of my time working out, i dove into books and mags at the beggining and am studing for my personal trainers certification. Not to talk shit or sound cocky but im bigger an more ripped than many of the people iv seen on here and other places i just cant wait to see how huge i can become with some help. Thanks agian guys ill take all info into consideration.
AnonI have mine.. check out the American College of Sports Medicine certification.. its the best you can get, some would argue its hard.. but I breezed through it. just another cert added to my growing list.
An the reason im so light is due to me dieting to lose fat and just now begining to bulk.
Anon213 of lean muscle bro will turn ANY heads.. I was at 21" arms at 215.. so the quality of muscle:weight is a big factor.. get as lean and mean as you can bro.. unless you're trying to be a powerlifter.. girls like a cut up guy
Thats my biggest problem tho, my whole body is developed to the point it dwarfs my arms and makes them look smaller and i see that alot with the natty bbs they are really developed with small arms and i dont want that i want to compete, ill have pictures of me later just so people can see im not just bull shitting my development level but i will totally agree my natty levels are still high.
AnonYou're still far from developed brother.. still a chance you might be growing too. thats hit or miss depending if you've peaked.
AnonNO IGF, no steroids.. its called handwork and diet.. starting this early will put a hault to the continual growth of your endocrine system and hormone levels. It will more than likely end up keeping you short from where you could have been.. although, running a few half ass, improper cycles may have already done this.
My advice, focus on diet.. and I really hope for your well being you at least were smart enough to do proper post cycles to help your body recover.. people have this mindset that if they do a proper post cycle (at a young age) that everything will be all good in the hood.. shout out to the gym a few posts down..
you don't wanna be that 40 year old who has to take 250mg of tests once a week because your natty levels took a shit.. not worth it in the slightest. Talk to any older guys on here and they'll tell you..
I digress.
No decision to make. Stop taking the stuff for a good 5 years or (basically) live to regret it for the rest of your life. Training on AAS at your age is also just plain lazy.
well before I say anything let me ask you this, what happened when you ran those cycles? whats your current wieght? and what compounds did you use?
Anonhe's 21.. thats all that needs to be said.. have you seen a profile for someone that age? I'm sure whatever he ran barely peaked pass his potential natural levels.
I used test cyp for 2 cycles and 600mgs Boldenone Undectate(not 100% sure on my speling and let me stress again the EXTREME lack of gear around here.
AnonListen bro, with your experience and dose, although only blood work would be serve as a true denominator.. running test at 250mg+ on a split.. really isn't even going to outdo your genetic hormone secretion. Someone your age should be putting out 300mg of exogenous testosterone per week, and have a test level of around 1000. (I'm making this generalization off of blood work I've seen done). you would need to be on a hefty dose of Test to really go above that, although I'm sure you were slightly peaked.
Don't listen to some of the people on here, they don't know what they are talking about. IF you start heavy into steroids now you run the risk of stunting or disrupting the secretion of (LH) by the pituitary gland, as well as FSH-et testosterone.. if you fuck around with this enough, you run the risk of never having it bounce back; and bam, your test levels will never be as high as they possibly could have been. Im not saying that its not possible to run a pretty healthy cycle, for all that statement means, just trying to show you, at a young age- you're underdeveloped and run the risk of putting a hault on some internal functions.
In the short scheme of things.. fucking up your HPTA axis will cause you a world of issues. Essentially, in short terms for some of our speshul readers; it regulates your body processes linked into your glands and hormones. Focus on your diet, its as simple as that.. I have an advanced background in it.. I can give you a macro breakdown on what You are eating, then show you what needs to be tweaked.. I beg you to choose a different road for the next few years at least.. you'll be happy in the long run. Send me a friend request and Ill get you some good information that will send you on the right path/in direction.
sgtstedankoHey brother, please send me that info. I love to read; always looking to glean some knowledge!? : )
AnonGotcha brother. I believe thats all that needs to be said in his case.. Send me a PM
What where your results? how much wieght did you gain? keep? wiegh now?
Well due to the fact i wasent eating enough during all 3 besides the BU my intake was a little higher. If i can remember i gained a lil weight (5-10 tops) on my first cycle hardly none on my second and about five on this last one witch i cant expect much from just BU. All i really noticed was an increase in appetite, srength an "horniness" lmao. Had i been eating more i think i would have had decent gains but i would always freak when my 6 pk started to disappear and do cardio an limit food. Plus i was goin through a financial rough spot and couldnt really afford the high grocery bill. Oh yea im 213 now i was roughly 190 then 200 and then stayed around there until recently i started bulking and put on my extra 13 an im trying to continue my bulk but stay pretty lean.
Oh yea and ill go ahead an let it be known iv only been hitting weights for almost 2 years (2 yrs 1/19/12). Im not lazy im just impatient and want to compete. out of these 2 yrs iv only taken 1 month off and that was to plan and get married. My 1st cycle i talked with a guy and he said i was big enough and if i really wanted to i could start them so he got me some test and i went at it unfortunatly he worked outtages and wasent around much to guide me in eating and such. I didnt even know sites like this existed much less that i could order gear up i thought i would just have to connect with the rite people.
well bro diet needs to be dialed in before roids will do anything for you, its relatively easy to gain wieght until you rerach your genetic potential, once you make it there its a chore and everything needs to be dialed in before gains can be made, and even harder to keep those gains. work on the hard stuff, diet, training, sleeping, 2 years aint much training time unless your studing all the time, constantly changing and learning how your body responds. And dont ever consider running a cycle on such a budget that you cant eat enough, steroids cant replace food.
I agree, my diet is on point now except for the occasional cheat cookie(damn wife wont quit bakin) due to the fact iv been bulking aand gaining weight i dont feel i need more gear right now i just wanted some educated opinions to help me decide how long i should wait before i start again due to my age and experience.
tread-mThink of it like this, you have a pound of gold and I ask you if you would be willing to trade it for a half pound? Your natty test and growth is the most potent on earth and by far the most effective. If you run gear you shut that off and trade it for the second best. Building is diet, period, whether you are you on natty or you on gear. To take the time now to use the natty rather than shutting it down and using the fake, you can reach an actual genetic peak while pushing the body and brain to accept it. It is much more likely to accept what you do naturally than it is to accept what you do unnaturally. This means it will be easier to keep what you build now without gear than what you build now with gear having shut down the good stuff. Ij know its tough and especially having had a taste but my vote is to find a builders actual diet if you want it bad enough and ride nature to the next level. Theres more to it than I think you know, I would trade my fake stuff for your real in a skinny minute!
AnonI am with hllwdbdboy 100% on this one. And EB's IGF is right on with NO.
EB is also a different animal with goals he set and achieved many years before he was 21.
What age were u when u first did aas?
I had just turned twenty and ran a low dose of test cyp for 6 weeks.
Bro, at 21 the only gear you should be running is a CLEAN DIET... Max yourself out natty BEFORE you hit the juice and i can guarantee you won't regret it. Slow and steady wins THIS race! : )
AnonThank you..
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinksgtstedankoX2!!! Just EAT, dude! No matter who you are as a man you don't reach your genetic potential until mid twenties. It's very rare for someone to before 23 years of age brother. Just ask your Doctor... Patience
