I have used zphc for quite a while with only a few issues but as of late the customer service is awful, sending the wrong stuff not honoring their mistakes and going silent on their seizure policy. Couple months ago I placed an order for NPP I wanted vials but got amps instead and each amp box is 10 bucks cheaper and I ordered 10 boxes. Whatever no big deal. Another order I order 3 40ml bottles of BAC water ended up with 3 11ml bac water no big deal. I reconstituted a bottle of 40mg Reta with the back water and it did not reconstitute I thought maybe the bottle of Reta was bad I did another 40mg vial of Reta same thing now I was like what is going in. Foolishly I did another and same thing. I looked at the BAC water and it had acetic acid in it. Maybe my fault for not looking but I didn’t even think that could have been the issue. I wrote John and email and it was totally disregarded I never asked for anything but he gave me a whopping 40 dollars off my next order. Now fast forward a month and a half I had 1 order get seized and another stuck in customs and he’s gone silent. It’s unfortunate because they have good gear but it’s always an issue shipping is always horribly slow. Last time I ever order from them
