+ 1 You want a cutter??

ad

Some things that seem common sense in reality are only common sense to folks who's done it before. Your common sense is not that of others so basically lets cover some bases. Its getting closer to that time of year where the beach body cutter folks are about to pop up. So if you see an OP asking help with a cutter and they've chosen a finisher like winny or var, consider all the possibilities they've posted as well as real cycle goals. Someone starting at 12% and wishing a longer cutting cycle has more of a chance in using the finishers winny/var than someone at 12% pushing for a very short cycle. If using a short cycle for the beach cuts, cardio now. Hitting sub 12% and using a short ester cycle simply to harden up IMO is less stressful on the body. If you're not below the 9-10% area on a longer cycle then save the winny/var for future use. Finishers like winny/var or even primo don't add that quality mass. They hold onto your current muscles and fight of catabolic actions while you lower your fat levels. They harden and give a grainy solid appearance. Yes winny will unbind your test thru control of the SBGH being lowered but it also will kill your good lipids. So know your goals, the goals of the OP, the risk/benefit ratios, precautions and be safe. More is NOT better!! And regardless of your chemical use it is ALWAYS food that determines your goals.

Fast, what do you do when everything's going great for the first month, your dropping weight almost every day than you hit the second month and you hit a flat wall. Get stuck. Eat 5 almonds too many one day or 2 extra spoonfuls of broccoli and Bam! You gained 2 pounds. WTF.

So far the fluctuations have been simply water changes. Something with lil too much salt and then retain for a day of two. Hard part is watching the scale daily. I get excited heading towards goal and scale laughs at me. The clothes slowly getting baggy has been the better judge. If second month gets hard and no changes, either diet or gym needs adjusting. Or both. I got the calories too low and halted so went to 2 times a week add in late day carbs with yams. It's definitly difficult at times.
