Women's Ideal BMI before starting ass?
ad
What is the ideal BMI before starting first cycle?
Just had a child but dropping baby weight quick (5 kg in 4 months) with steady tread mill walking and diet.
I'm 5'3" and 115kg with an aim to be 70kg by Christmas. I have a mesomorth figure.
Any suggestions?

bmi measurement is ... bullshit. (according to bmi i am grossly obese and I can assure you I am anything but) your biggest concern right now should be labs and making sure ALL your hormone levels are back to 'normal' prior to starting any kind of cycle. that could be up to a year post partum.
body fat .. what are your goals because that will dictate what your body fat percentage should be. if fat loss is your goal then diet and exercise are the only things necessary as anabolic steriods aren't pretty poor for overall weight loss issues.
Great advise, I'm considered borderline overweight so I'm not bothered about BMI either. Just doing some ground work before introducing the Mrs.
She trains hard and eats well with me for the last 2 years, but just had our son when she was getting in shape.
Now she is on here ready to introduce herself in the ladies lounge. Latinchick81.
Thanks again.
Holy shit 99lbs dropped by Christmas. That’s HUGE, almost 20lbs per month or 9kg. 5lbs(2.25kg) per week is a lofty goal. What’s your plan to achieve it?
BMI is an irrelevant statistic! You need to go by your body fat percentage for a more accurate analysis!
StevebWhy capitalize BMI but not ASS
Maybe she meant what she said and wanted to lose weight before getting some ass... I would agree if you and she meant AAS.
StevebWomen starting ass sounds pretty cool at any weight
I would loose the weight and then revisit this.
Steroids are not diet pills and cutting drugs really only cut folks with low body fat.
There’s a lot of misinformation in the web.
Good luck
I wish I was 115kg and a Mesomorph - damn!
BMI isn't very applicable to those while higher than average lean body mass. I'm not super familiar with body composition in women but the goal you are shooting for is quite extreme for the time period you're shooting for. I would encourage you to speak with some of the ladies in the lounge and reconsider the timeline. When I see people drop that much weight that quick, there usually a high risk for metabolic damage because it requires very extreme dieting and a large amount of drugs.
If you damage your metabolism or lose significant lean body mass, you're actually in a worse place than when you started. You'll most likely gain the weight back, if not more. I dont know that anabolics are the answer for you. I dont know your details but usually when someone is looking to lose than much weight, most of, if not all of the changes need to be in the lifestyle.
BMI and weight is tricky. You can look at the guidelines. But, for instance on the BMI I’m almost over weight but have a 6 pack and vascular. I tell clients that mirror and you waist size is more important.
