It was suggested to me in the past when i couldnt find caber. and i used it w/ vitamin b6, and i dont recommended it. It increased my estrogen and progestrone, which is counter productive if ur trying to lower prolactin and ur a male. and as a result my prolactin increased. if any one had a different experience let me know but thats what my blood tests showed. thought it might help some one out who was looking at it
