Robby Robinson The old school pro PCT/cycle
I was at Venice the other day and i was talking to an old school professional w/ the name of Robby Robinson , calls him self the black prince of body building, if you never heard of him he has the old school way mentality of bodybuilding meaning he doesnt run testostrone . this guy is 67 years old , he said he does cycles unlike the professional now adays, of course he is no where the size of professional now adays, he never used GH or testostrone or slin and he says he never had any sort of problems w/ gyno because he would use masteron , limp dick or hormonal issues because he would use herbs. the guy is against using steroid full year round , and he claims that is why the reason why he feel so healthy at 67 yrs old, i was very impressed by his body and the shape he was in.
he told me that the reason why he never faced any hormonal issues when comes off his 8-12 weeks cycles was because he would use herbs , he told me to go to his blog and look at the herbs he uses and so i did
these are the herbs he uses and he claims they have helped him avoid all sort of hormonal problems

ClassyChassisNo, he wasn't bullshitting about the pct. At least not in his first 6 years as a pro. They didn't even know about nolva back then. Dan Duchaine came out with that idea in '81 in his first "Underground Steroid Handbook". And of course they didn't have anti-aromatase drugs back then. If you look at the pictures from the 81 Mr. Olympia you can see that the "winner" Franco Colombu totally has gyno. I say "winner" because Tom Platz was way better imo. So they were pretty clueless about that. That's where the idea of using Masteron as an anti-e first came from.
Of course he competed for another 10 years after the idea of Nolva was introduced, so he may have used it for pct at some point, but I think it was mostly used against gyno whilst on-cycle anyways. Not sure when the idea of Clomid came along, but sometime in the 80s, and as I recall, hCG use for pct was sometime in the 90s.
Now if you look at pics of Robby's arms, it's clear that he was site injecting. No ones' muscles are shaped like that. It's ridiculous. The pic on his Wikipedia page is an easy to find great example. Of course, that had been going on since the 50s, so that was nothing new. But pct is a relatively recent development in the evolution of bodybuilding. Even in the early 2000s there were a lot of people who had never ran a pct.
But most of those guys didn't stay on all the time either. They'd just do a cycle to get ready for a show. In the movie "Pumping Iron", look at Danny Padilla. He's like working in a store or something and someone comes in and asks if he's going to do the show. I'm going by memory here. But the point is, he doesn't even look like he works out. just some little guy. 3 months later he's on the Mr. O stage and probably should have taken 2nd behind Platz.
I think he's half bull shitting you. I think he may actually use his half assed bro science protocol. As waltr pointed out some of the herbs have properties that probably help him with some aas issues. However I'm betting there are a lot of underlying health issues and I guarantee you he's had dick problems. There's an old school cat that owns the nutrition store I go to. Him and I openly talk about gear, but when I brought up pct he looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. He suggested I use this over the counter pseudo legal stuff. I can't remember the name ( it was a bunch of letters and numbers), but he said him and his boys have used that and herbs only. I didn't ask for details cuz I have a little bit better resource for info!
No1Yeah hes bullshitting you
waltron a serious note though, both false unicorn and dong quai are traditionally used to treat menopause, which would indicate that they have an estrogenic activity.
waltri had to look up false unicorn...i just had to
