tread-mCarbs breakfast and done, protein through the roof via 6 meal plan, keep cals above maint via meat/veggies...BOOM!
Exactly what tread said!!! Boom
Exactly what im doing bro with the addition of one high carb day 300-400(also includes my cheatmeal/desert that day), and one full keto day
tread-mNothing wrong with an insulin surge there. You will often find bf drops in the hrs following that surge day as you are in lean mode and prompt insuin in the carb day...lil confusion! Rip it up brother!
First time logged in for 24hrs bro.. busy weekend with competition.. ok this is the deal to get truly ripped which seems to be your goal.. no matter what time you train regardless... ALL carbs before 12 noon every single day... i will get some pics up soon from this weekends show to prove to everyone what this protocol used for 16wks brings about ... i am talking 3.4% Bodyfat with deep feathered striations everywhere... keep your eye on the pic section i will have them up witin 24hrs ok.
Other peoples opinions are good!... but my way is ripped show standards.
True story!
Alright perfect, heres what i do so heavy days (back, legs) i get 75g carbs before 9am (i always get all the carbs with first meal at 8:30) normal training days (chest, shoulders, arms) i get 50g before 9am. And ab/cardio day i get 0 carbs full keto which is once a week. And i carb up on frodays because its before my teo heaviest days to restore some energy 300-400g that day. I have been doing your protocol but with my addition of one high carb day of 300-400 and its amazing im recomping perfectly strength wrnt up and i dont look flat.
Thats good shit bro..if that protocol is working and giving you the desired results thats ALL that matters... them pics are up now bro check out suzy b in the pics section... 50g pr day for 12wks last two weeks she maxed at 30g carbs ED all in the AM... hardcore but thats what it takes to get women ripped to the bone and dried out... we have found out she functions best with just a two day carb load pre/show to fill out the muscles without going smooth.
Just saw it thats fkin inspirational bro, btw what are your thoughts on morning cardio empty stomach, and in general do u like hiit, light intesity, or jog? I always just change it up 2 days hiit then jog then light itesity
Brother most of the time i spend on eroids i am on my treadmill at home, thats the only place i do any cardio..the gym to me is my church and demands only gut wrenching intensity each and every time... i train like its always going to be the last time.. i am mental over heavy weight and totally refuse to ever train light even cutting... heavy works for me and constantly shocks my central nervous system... i like to feel totally wasted after each and every workout.
Buildbigger86Viking, how much cardio do you do in a week?
Bump..hoping viking can chim in
What I did when I lifted at night was to include at least a 30 minute cardio session first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.... intense cardio bro, not a lazy jog around the neighborhood, some timed HIIT.... sprints, JJ, burpees all while keeping carbs to a minimum (about 80G per day) .... and absolutely NO sugar
tread-mHey dude I came over last night to use your stairclimber in the garage while you were out and prolapsed my anus when I busted my ass on a bunch of spilled chili ! Clean that shit up Nooka!
I think I peed from laughing so hard!! Buahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!
tread-mLmao...tell him to tell you about it if he didn't already. I laughed a hernia up out of my ass!
Carb-backloading, look into it.
Cut your carbs at 1 or 2pm, then 0 carbs thereafter. Training in the evening is going to be hard work, but you'll cut quickly and effectively if you follow this to the rule. (0 really meaning 0!)
Good luck.
Anonthat's gonna be a rough regimen. hope you're desciplined
Bro i was doing 0 carb full keto before but progressed slowed when i hit 10% so wer changing it up
Anonthat's brutal, brotha. hat's off to ya. i have an educational background in several health/fitness related areas; sports nutrition being one of my strong suits. personally, i'm not a fan of extreme carb restrictions, although i've done them to get thru plateaus. what i found worked just as effectively was learning how to gain control over natty insulin production thru dietary carb intake and meal timing, without a full restriction. what i found was that it still kept my body in a thermogenic state, but still provided the right amounts of carbs when i neeeded them most. low carb regimens always have an effect on energy levels, but extreme restrictions can be brutal. the more energy you have, the harder you can train; the harder you train, the greater the gains.
