I'm running a cycle, in fact just started a week and a half ago. I'm doing Test-E (12 weeks) and Dianabol (4 weeks). Within just a couple of days I was having pain when I'd urinate and even when having sex, especially when I ejaculated.

I called my doc, got in that day. She inspected my penis and verified it was not an STD and after the lab tech had time to test my urine, determined it was a urinary tract infection. I confessed to my doctor I was using and she didn't judge me, which was cool.

She gave me an antibiotic which has helped, but she said as long I was using Dianabol, I would likely continue to have discomfort when urinating. But, once off the Dianabol and just using the Testerone, I would be fine.

She also suggested more water - I already am drinking 2 gallons a day, which is hard enough. She suggested cranberry juice as soon as I wake up in the morning and last thing before bed.

I just wanted to put out the information. After looking at this board and others, it seems like UTIs while using Dianabol is common and should be something you prepare yourself for.
