TRT and AAS Calculator
ad
I have CREATED a pretty handy spreadsheet I'm using to track blood levels during TRT/AAS cycles. What is the best way to post it? Can I attach it in a forum post? Link to it on a file hosting site?
It's an ODT (OpenOffice Calc) file. I also have screenshots if anyone's interested. It uses a logarithm based half-life calculation that is spot-on against some other calculators I've found.

Im aware that this is centuries old, but i have a question for the original poster - this is extremely handy, but id like to know how you came up with the math being inputted into each cell. - Im wanting to make separate sheets for different compounds.
any help is appreciated by all.

Have a blast. I use this thing all the time.
To plan my cycles, or especially if I’m doing something like going on vacation for 5 days ;)
PcushionI like the graph on that site but their half life chart is completely jacked up. Granted half lives are not universal, but either they got there half life’s wrong or the manufacturers had a typo on the Deca-Durabolin prescribing sheet.
Oh really? Damn. I don’t use Deca so I had no idea. Their testosterones and EQ are pretty accurate (in theory). That’s all I really use it for
PcushionYessir the carbon chain found in the steroid ester is what determines the half. On average is take around a day to remove one carbon chain so acetate ester has 2 carbons so half life two days. Enanthate 8 carbons half life 8 days, Propionate 3 carbons half life 3 days. Yeah I don’t mess with Deca either brother. It’s makes maintaining gains and recovery damn near impossible unless you run your test weeks past the cessation of Deca.
Well yeah, ive used that, but i like the pdf, and im super nerdy when it comes to numbers and math. Im digging the pdf. But thank you.
I probably should have mentioned before... This is my spreadsheet. I created it. I edited above to correct that.
Here's the ODT. This one is formatted a little better, too.

Here we go: http://www.filedropper.com/demotrtcalc_1
I converted it to an .XLS file for those that use Excel, but I can only assure it works as intended in OpenOffice/LibreOffice. There's a little demo data in there you can clear out, and enter your own cycle logs.
Nah, I appreciate the input. I've been scouring the internet for something like this for months. I'm on TRT, and it helps me predict what my levels will be when I visit my doctor. My last visit in July, I came in at something like 450 ng/dl, even though I was 4 times that (in mg/day) three weeks earlier.
I'll post a link to the file on a file hosting site, for anyone like me who is needing something like this.
there is no place here to upload a working spreadsheet that we can download..thankfully. best thing is a link to where you found it. Us old school farts prefer tried and true since everyones metabolism is not the same, I can be 100mg less or more then you in any given day even if we were both taking the same amount. They are nice to use a starting point but I would never swear by them.
Dont take this the wrong way its just me being old school..... all this tech stuff these days is ok for toying around with but!.. at the end of day all i really care about is gains and conditioning results.
rocketballzTrue! The more things chsnge the more they stay the same. Always comes back to what's ultimately accomplished.
