I'm going to give you all a voice on this one. So we have a member who has been here about 2 years now. When he started he was just a bright eyed bushy tailed young kid looking to gain some knowledge. Didn't take him long to get that itch and start running AAS! Granted, he's a big kid and probably outweighs a lot of us naturally so the fact that he said he wanted to make a living bodybuilding, we didn't fight him on it but tried to steer him the right way. He ended up repping for a source which started a chain reaction that banned all reps from this site. That's when all the shit really started. You guys that have been here as long as me remember DTswole I'm sure. Then a few banned accounts later it was Monster666. He was actually bearable for a while and in his own cocky way, helped out where he could. Since then he has evolved into a major league pain in the ass. After at least 15 banned accounts he's made and had quite a few opportunities to right his wrongs, he was banned permanently. He finds little cracks in the system to sliver through and keeps making his way back. Each time less and less vocal in an attempt to fly under the radar. Today he caught me in a good mood. So I let him stay once he was discovered. After a conversation with him and a couple of my partners he is still here now under a new name (slender). Since so many of you have had run ins with him and he has caused such a stir, I'm giving you all an opportunity to speak and tell us what you think! Should he have another chance to stay and be a productive member or has he had more than enough chances? It may be wishful thinking but I like to think that he isn't dumb and he knows what he needs to do if he really wants to be here. He was just a kid upstairs when it started and maybe he matured a little. He has definitely learned a lot since joining. He's capable of being a productive member. But I don't know if he's got it in him. So anyway, some of the things associated with him are ,..... Trolling source SI and reviews when they don't meet his requests (allegedly). Disrespecting countless members with insults ranging from the general "fuck you bitch" to personal attacks on ppl's physiques and other personal shit. He's been accused of blackmailing sources and trying to sell gear on the site. That is all speculation but he isn't the most credible individual at the moment so he hasn't had the benefit of the doubt.
These are some of the things that got him banished. If you guys think he should have another shot say so. If you think enough is enough and there is no excuse, say so. Your comments will be taken into account. The floor is yours....

IMO, if he has already been banned 15 times, it won't be long before he does some shit to get banned again (re-permanently banned I suppose) It won't take long to find out his intentions once again

Is there anyway we can show up at this dude's doorstep? Maybe some face to face time and FIVE MINUTES ALONE will change his lack of respect regarding being a stand up man!! EROIDS is about loyalty, integrity, responsibility, trustworthiness, RESPECT, being helpful, friendly, courteous and kind. Sounds like this guy hates being obedient, which is so opposite of cheerful, thrifty, and brave. In my opinion, he has HAD several prime opportunities to be clean and reverent, therefore, since he sounds like he doesn't add up to being a true BOY SCOUT, he needs to ROLL IT UP and hit the road!!
It's not like he's banned from the site. he can read posts, learn, and find sources... but not participate.
He has had 15 chances to come back and reinvent himself but chose not to.
That being said...
If his previous attempts at coming back were out of spite, and he's just now getting it, and now wants to be productive then I would suggest that he does so with an alias unknown to the rest of us. He will have no merit, nor will he be carrying any baggage. If he is able to survive with no one but the mods being the wiser then so be it.
I would afford the same grace to other members who have been banned.
This is with the caveat that there are no more chances.

I really like that you are opening a topic like this for discussion with the entire community.. I think things like this will only make the eroids community stronger if you chose to do more things like this..
As for monster I was never bothered by him personally but I can see why people would have issues with him..
If you let a guy back in with this laundry list my only question for you is what about guys that got banned or deleted for less? Do they receive the same opportunity?
If he's this much a bumbling moron on just the eroids interface then he definitely lacks the maturity and discretion required to engage in AAS and he further may become a security threat and get sources and/or members in trouble.

Like iFit said he will keep coming back. So you guys should keep watching him and ban him when caught. The community I've been in the last 8 months don't tolerate this and he should not be given a break after so many times being banned. This has happened with a few other members and I can't understand why. Ban means gone forever....

This post was to give anyone who wanted to, a chance to chime in about this cat. It's the place you guys call home and I figured I'd hear you out. Yes he consumes too much of our time and energy. But that's why we called in reinforcements. I think you all know what the outcome will be regardless.
Yeah that's what I was thinking, no matter what the dude is gunna get banned lol he brings it upon himself.
Believe it or not, since he and I have butted heads a few times, my opinion is let him stay but put him on a leash so to speak. Let him prove himself in whatever capacity he wants to contribute here.
I'm sure there's a handful of ppl here that probably think I shouldn't have been allowed back, but they don't know the story either. You guys know what reasons he's been banned for before, and you guys have obviously felt the he deserves to come back for a reason. If he crosses some lines, I'm sure it'll be dealt with accordingly.

This is such a difficult decision and there is no easy answer. I agree with everything that was said before me on both sides.
Let me add this... He has made it very clear that no matter what you do he will keep creating new accounts and since he knows he will eventually get banned he has no incentive to behave so the mods are constantly on the look out for new "monster" accounts. At least now you know it's him and you and the community can keep their eyes on him or you can ban him for again... For a few hours that is. : )
EDIT: thought about it some more. What I said above basically rewards bad behavior. What about all those other members that were perma-banned but stayed away because they were more mature? You may be setting a precedent whereby banned members will be reinstated if they are a big enough annoyance that you finally give in.
My take is this he has taken time and been a major distraction to the members here not to mention the mods who have to waste the time running around looking for him and banning him all over again. He has insulted members repeatedly as well as the offenses with the sources.
I am only giving my opinion because of the liberty you have given us to speak I have followed the rule for a awhile to support the mods because you all know information we don't so I can we make an accurate judgement like you guys can? That being said with all of his offenses it brings to mind the question what does he do that warrants such forgiveness when others have gotten permanently banned for seemingly less offenses? You know me and I am not being contentious or a smart ass those are just some of the legit concerns I have. Is it setting a certain precedent.
As a commander for many years I have set a standard that I apply to all when it comes to reprimanding or dismissal. With of course certain extenuating circumstances as an exception. To me if there is a bias I would lose the respect of the men I command. Even though I have the power to be somewhat bias to certain ones it will cause me the loss of respect and my own integrity.
But again Eroids could have its own standard and if so my input would mean nothing. At face value based on only what I know of Monster 666 I would never consent to him coming back unless I wanted to hand out wholesale pardons to all the others in the same situation. But that is my opinion.
I will say this you opening up this for input and discussion I think is noble to have members be a part of the process even though you mods have the burden of the ultimate decision.

Actually I wasn't going anywhere with it nor did would speak about people I like getting banned it is relevant to this. I have wrote posts way back stating "being here isn't a right but instead a privilege". Also "you don't come into another man's house and tell him what to do". I run my home with a hierarchy and actually believe there is no other way to true success.
So I hope you didn't take what I wrote wrong it was to point out only two things one, we can only give an opinion because we don't have all the information. Also the point of the saying it "seemingly looks like others committed less offenses" but again not saying they did.

Yea, I hear you and don't disagree. I didn't know Juice. But from what I have seen these guys (mods) are not all about third and fourth chances. It is hard to compare fighting with a family member to this. For some of us that is just the way family handled things, lol. I liked the shark too. But it is what it is.
AnonYa I don't blame them for getting tired of dealing with all the drama with certain individuals. I know when I carried the tag it was very time consuming and sometimes exhausting. Spending 18+ hrs a day logged on and combing forums and reviews isn't easy. Plus mods can't have members questioning their power. It's bad for business.
Past behavior is almost a perfect predictor of future behavior. Sorry, but most people don't change. Many people can talk a good game for a while, but when push comes to shove, they shove away, just like always. I'm all for redemption, but there are consequences for our behavior. Being banned that many times shows me that he hasn't changed and won't change. It's just a matter of time before old behavior pop back up and you are back dealing with the problems again. Just my opinion.

angusI don't know the guy, so I can't make a judgment one way or another about his character; however, What I do have a strong opinion on is rewarding bad behavior. If you let this gentleman come on this site now you are, in essence, saying to anyone that is banned if they break the rules enough then they will be allowed back. That's like saying if someone tries to break out of prison 15 times society should just let them out on probation.
I believe that good behavior should be rewarded, this user has demonstrated by creating all these accounts that he has a lack of respect for the MODs and the rules. Perhaps offer him admittance if he get over some hurdles such as staying a lurker for a few months. Let him follow some rules to build respect, and then put him on notice when he's allowed back. Just my .02.
