+ 3 The Best Thing You Can Do On Cycle To Keep Your Bloodwork & Blood Pressure Nearly Perfect... And It's Free
So for all you guys who don't do cardio when you bulk or even worse don't do cardio at all and your bloodwork is always skewed or worse you don't even check your bloodwork... I can speak on this from personal experience as I was one of those guys in my 20's as well. I was all about the Bulk and liked the look and never did consistent cardio. Fast forward a couple decades and I'll say that doing daily fasted cardio is a game changer for any bodybuilder running gear. I push my gear and HGH pretty hard and ramp things up really high and on top of all that I throw in some compounds deep into a cut that would absolutely destroy your bloodwork every time. Now I still implement some blood pressure control and polypharmacy as needed when the doses are ramped up really high deep into the season but it's easily controlled and much less meds are needed if at all. All that being said doing daily fasted cardio consistently has kept my bloodwork absolutely amazing even at times when I would put money on it being skewed pretty badly and same goes for my blood pressure. On a Bulk I still do at least 30mins daily fasted cardio, as the months go by I increase the cardio time. On a Cut I do at least 1-1.5hrs daily fasted cardio and eat nothing but Talapia, Broccoli, Rice and only drink water. I know it's hard to commit to truly "Living The Lifestyle" and it can be hard w/ work and the family always eating a bunk of junk food around you 24/7 but if you commit yourself to it you'll be in the best shape of your life, making the best gains of your life and in no time you'll be the biggest guy in your gym and loving life. When you see a guy out in the gym or somewhere and you're like HOLY SHIT that guy is crazy looking... He's HUGE, JACKED, SHREDDED, Single Digit BF%, Looking like a Marvel Super Hero... You can bet money that that guy right there is "Living The Lifestyle" and he's being doing it for years. So wake up early and do your daily fasted cardio and remember the day you decided to make the change and start "Living The Lifestyle"

Ive been having issues with high blood pressure recently. Im gonna try this fasted cardio. Thanks for the info
Agreed, cardio is so important. In my 20s I was on that permabulk and never did cardio, except the few times I cut. Then it was just 30-60 mins of low intensity fasted cardio in the mornings. Now in my 30s I make sure to do my cardio, as much as I still hate it. Real cardio, not LISS which really doesn’t work your heart much. I do higher intensity steady state, like running a couple miles keeping HR well over 140-150. Or some HIIT. Cardiovascular health is so important regardless, but especially when you’re really pounding the food and gaining weight. Probably more so on gear.
Only thing I do differently is I don’t do it fasted when bulking. At Higher heart rates our body tends to tap glycogen stores for fuel since they’re the easiest to pull from instead of fat stores so I want to make sure those are full. I haven’t cut in years so idk what I’ll do when that time comes. I always got great results from morning faster LISS. I’ll probably just continue on with the same kind of non fasted cardio I do now and let the caloric deficit burn the fat.
Oh ya I agree , I wish I could go back and have done things differently. Now my Bulks are totally different, I stay leaner, I can push the gear longer, I look better, feel better, bloodwork looks great, blood pressure much easier to control. Less bloat. Endless benefits. But ya in my 20's I just wanted to get HUGE and cardio seemed like the opposite of what I was trying to accomplished so I skipped it. When in reality all my gains and every cycle would have been so much better w/ cardio added in. We live and learn.
Some of the best lifting seasons of my life involved a hour or so of low intensity cardio almost daily. Been back in the stair climber 20-30 minutes everyday for the past two weeks and can tell a difference in overall feel.
Absolutely. 100%
