Is Telmisartan the choice blood pressure medication while on a cycle or is there a better option? Anyone had any luck with the crack house pharmacies?

Personally, I believe telmisartan is the way to go. Works great, and has amazing cardioprotective properties - it’s MORE than just a blood pressure med people. It’s also very side effect free. So many of these meds come with harsh sides, and then lead to needing more meds to combat them. Telmisartan does it all with one pill, and it is very safe. You only have to watch out for your potassium, but chances of that are very slim.
I encourage everyone to do research into the MOA of all different types of BP meds. After deep digging you’ll have a better understanding of everything and see why telmisartan is a great choice. It is an ARB, simply blocking the angiotensin receptor, and inhibits vasoconstriction. Basically causing your blood vessels to stay wide open, creating optimal bloodflow rather than constriction. Simple med makes veins stay wide open giving great bloodflow. Very simple MOA, does exactly what we all want.
It’s very easy to walk into any doctor and ask for a script for it, and then get it very cheaply through insurance or GoodRX. I don’t know why more people don’t do this. Hey I want this exact med because I’m a bodybuilder, need my bp controlled, and I’m aware it has many other properties that make it an amazing health conscious choice. That’s what I did and doc had no problem.
Regardless, I have an AMAZING generic pharma source for cheap, has everything else you could ever imagine too, 10 pack viagra $1 etc. hope my write up helps someone, pm if you want the source happy to share
Who's got a good source for telmi? Shit is kinda hard to come by.
I am carrying various heart supports, generic and Chinese pharma grade, telmisartan, jardiance and much more.
write me your requests below
No shit?? Hell yes. Telmisartan sir.
I can pm you where I get it, legit online pharmacy with a prescription and cheap. But honestly you can just Google it, so many online places that will prescribe it to you instantly
Thankies. Fr sent. Let's be besties.
Ivye been on 40 mg for 3 weeks and I haven't had any side effects. Bp hasn't really lowered any though either.
I had to goto 80mg to drop my 145/95 to 132/82
Bro, Telmisartan is a great first choice for BP on cycle because it’s not just a BP med … it helps with insulin sensitivity, kidney protection, vascular health, and even endothelial function. That’s why so many guys on gear end up using it. It actually does something useful, not just “lower numbers.”
And yes … you can run it only during blasts. It’s not like a beta-blocker where if you stop, your heart rate rebounds. Telmisartan doesn’t create that kind of dependency, so there’s no “cold turkey danger.”
But, if your BP is high even off cycle or on cruise… then it’s not a “cycle drug,” it’s a health drug, and it should stay year-round.
I personally run:
Telmisartan 40mg
Nebivolol 5mg
Cialis 5mg
All prescribed, all fit seamlessly in my routine, and they work very well together.
I’ve heard guys add HCTZ 12.5mg in small doses here and there(or in the stack). It’s a mild diuretic … helps reduce fluid volume a bit and can bring BP down a few more points. But honestly, if your stack is already dialed and BP is in range, there’s no reason to complicate it. I just rather don’t fix what’s already perfect…
Man I had no idea all the benefits of Telmisartan specifically. I knew there was a reason it kept coming up as the go to BP medication but I’m fairly new to this world so I’m still piecing it all together. Once again Eroids and it’s users have proven to be the greatest source for info.
I love it. I take it year round, 20mg cruising and 40mg when cycling. There’s several telemedicine sources for US people where you can get RX for it and they are not that expensive.
I’ve heard about a “Reliable” telemedicine source. I’ll give them a shot. I appreciate the feedback
Send me a FR and I’ll let you know the one I use. It’s super easy.
I’m on 5mg amlodipine, have been since before PEDs. I have to say the biggest factor for controlling BP in my personal experience has been diet. I’m sure you eat well, but try this out, my physician suggested this years ago for me and it was a game changer. Eat barely any salt for two weeks. Read labels, don’t even look at your salt shaker, even check your electrolyte drinks. I’m talking basically zero sodium for two weeks, lots of water, then check your BP. I’ll bet money you’re in the 120/80 real estate area. What makes this eye opening is choose a meal you enjoy after these two weeks and put a normal sized punch of salt on the food, it’s going to taste like a sodium explosion in your mouth.
I was on 80mg telmisartan and 5mg amlodiphine, dropped the aml
And blood pressure didn't change, I only take 80mg telmisartan now
So what do you do about depleting your body of electrolytes? Wouldn’t that create a whole bunch of other issues
Multivitamin, potassium, magnesium, banana, broccoli, the list goes on. Don’t be afraid to cut your salt by 90% for a couple weeks, you’ll be surprised of the results.
I think it’s a solid choice on cycle as a preventive even beyond controlling BP. I’m on 40mg of it and 12.5mcg of HCTZ. Not only will it reduce BP in most people, it prevents collagen deposits in the heart which is a potential very negative side effect from nandrolone, as well as preventing or even reducing existing LVH, which can be an issue on any compound. .
These are some of the things it’s shown to do. All very good things while on cycle.
-Suppressing collagen production
-Reducing cardiac hypertrophy
-Inhibiting the activity of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), which are enzymes involved in tissue remodeling
-Inhibiting inflammatory cytokines and other pathways involved in fibrosis
Can’t say anything about sourcing it though since I got a script and 90 days worth cost me $10. I’d suggest you try to get it from a doctor. I see ads for it all the time on social media. For me it took roughly 2 weeks to kick in and start decreasing BP. Worked quick at that point but didn’t do dick before that. So start it before your BP increase on cycle.
Awesome info man. I really appreciate it. I’ll see if I can’t get it at the docs. What’s it going to look like when I ask for a very specific type of ARBs and the HCTZ to this guy? I guess if he doesn’t arrest me I will try out one of these online deals. Do you have any in particular you would recommend? Is that source talk?
It’s probably going to look weird if you go in there requesting a specific drug. But they care a lot less about shit like this vs narcotics. But what I always do when I I want something specific is come prepared research wise so I can talk about why I think the one I’m suggesting is better. My doc wanted to put me on Candesartan. I was like oh, what do you think about telmisartan, I have been reading about it and it blah blah blah. Your friend is on tele and its worked really well for him with no side effects, or you read reviews on drugs.com and it seems to be the most well tolerated ARB, etc etc. you say shit like the to make them do what you want.
You may or may not need HCTZ. But a Thiazide diuretic is where most doctors start with high blood pressure. Then they’ll try a ARB like tele or an ace inhibitor is where they’ll go next if HCTZ doesn’t help.
Ofcourse now that I’m trying to remember who it was I don’t see any of the ads on FB. It’s always a pic of a big jacked dude and says “telmisartan by” or “ nebivolol by” I and I can’t remember the company name. And it’s in like a performance enhancing context. But I’m going to watch out for it and I’m post the name once I see it again.
In the states if you see a NP not a MD. From my experience you can request certain specific non narcotic drugs a lot easier, mine always gives me what I'm asking for when I say I've don't my personal research. Their job is to improve quality of life if you sound informative they oblige
I’ll give it a shot. Would be great to get it through insurance. I’ll sharpen up my persuasion tactics
Definitely dude. Costs me $10 every 3 months. No guessing if it’s legit or not. Buying it UGL is not cheap. But worth doing if that’s your only option.
And if you’re messing with gear it’s good to have a doctor monitoring you. Where you see the same doctor every time you go who’s got all your records and can monitor blood work and everything year over year. I used to go to a huge place where you’d get a different doctor every time you went and they just don’t give a fuck. Nobody is taking responsibility or ownership of you as a patient. They don’t know you or any of the issues you’re facing etc. they can’t make good decisions for you if every time that provider is meeting you for the first time. Them skimming through years of medical records in 3 minutes is insufficient.
Check out telehealth sites to get a script. Just google telmisartan Rx online. I actually used plush care once for a different med while I couldn’t get an appointment quick enough with my doctor and I was really happy with the service. Got a script and 3 refills. They take insurance so it was just a copay.
If you do that employ the same tactics, your BP has been running high for a while. Your brother had the same issue and was prescribed telmisartan at 40mg ed and it worked great for him with no sides. It’s irrelevant if you actually have a brother or not lol.
Should this be something you should use as a preventative on a heavy cycle?
I would say is a good idea even on mild cycles, like 500mg of test a week and an oral, based on the things it’s been shown to prevent, which all steroids cause.
Supposedly there’s even some PED benefits of telmisartan. The world Doping association or whatever it’s called has it on its watch list. So it must be good for something if they’re watching it lol.
Absolutely for Fackin sure my son - I simply don't see how anyone can run a moderate to heavy steroid cycle and have perfectly healthy blood pressure. By that I mean Test, another oil and an Oral and STILL be Under 120/80, too many people seem to think being up at 130 to 140 / 80 + is perfectly fine - Its not. You have to remember that figure is going to increase much more when lifting weights - especially if you do things like Squats and Deadlifts where you are bracing and holding your breath for several reps a time possibly and there is a tight belt around your waist restricting circulatory blood flow even more. If you look through my reviews you will see I constantly mention a particular Lab that makes the best DBol, they also do great 40mg Telmisartan tabs which I highly recommend. I do get a monthly script for Ramipril also which is an ACE inhibitor meaning it works slightly different to Telm which is an ARB, between the 2 I must say I prefer the Ramipril now quite simply because when I take it I feel no different at all to when I don't - no brain foggy feeling or anything like that or upset stomach which many BP meds can cause. Only risk with ACE's is the cough which I believe there is a 1/10 chance of getting due to the Bradykinin build up in the lungs - this is more likely to happen if you smoke or are female too (Not sure about Tranny's?). I would class a BP med as more important than AI's to have on hand because running high BP too long is devastating on the Heart and Kidneys.
This is how we do - D D D DO - this is how we DOOOO!!!!!

Agreed. But I will say when I was in my 20s I could run all the gear I wanted including those known for raising BP and never see my BP above 115/70. So younger guys may not deal with the BP issues. But telmisartan does a lot of other good besides BP control that makes it worth taking. I’m not all that much older now but just TRT and weighing over 200lbs and I have to be on a BP med or I’ll be 135/80 at best. I can only imagine what one of the blasts I ran when I was younger would do to my BP now lol.
I'm sold. My BP has been elevated since starting TRT, and I had been reading a bit about Telmisartan. Just pulled the trigger on some after waivering over it.
Awesome Mate!!
BEEEP BEEEP!!!!!! Ohh Shit --- That's Roadrunner ain't it???!! LMFAO
You wont see any great cartoons like that in the states anymore. Too violent, though half the tiktok videos and shooting video games are more violent. I loved that cartoon as a kid with Wiley E Coyote
