Tanning How often How long?
ad
I dont usually go tanning, I mostly work outside. I recently shaved the chest and stuff, and I have these lil in-grown hairs in my cleav. quite a few of them actually. So i went tanning after reading here it should clear up my chest. I only went 10 min in a regular bed yesturday, and I am red... I am dark complected, and usually dont burn in the sun, but damn my eyelids, my chest, butt, and sack got a lil burnt. I realize after I go a couple times this wont happen, but I was wondering how often I should go, and how long in the bed, to clear up my chest. I also have a couple pimples on my shoulders. Just curious what my bros do?

I run melanotan II while on cycle so I can tan without burning, works great for the acne. And damn you look good after a few weeks without having to use the sunbeds too much.
Hey everclese, there's a product called tend skin that helps fight ingrown hairs and does a pretty good job of it. Also, try shaving with an electric beard and mustache trimmer. They don't shave as close as a razor but that also helps prevent ingrown hairs. Once they're ingrown you're better off picking them out with a needle instead of scrubbing the skin, in my experience. Hope this helps!
Supernova283Tanning will only minimally help your ingrown hairs. Tanning only helps acne because it dries up the skin, UV rays kills bacteria, and because it it helps promote shedding of skin due to the death of skin cells.
The shedding of skin will help the ingrown hairs come out a little, but not as much. You're going to want to either let it run it's course or you can try and get those hairs out.
I scrubbed w/ a course sponge and apple cider vinegar w/ mothers tonight b4 shower. If I pick at the pimple to get the hair I end up w/ a scab and I think that looks worse than a lil bump? So you thinking tan like e3d for 10 min?
Supernova283I don't really have much experience with tanning beds, but do it as much as possible without burning.
And the exfoliation at least once a day will help. It might take a while to heal though. As a prank these guys naired my legs while I was asleep and the tops of my legs had quite a few ingrown hairs. It literally took months for them to go away. It was awful.
No1if you burned at 10 mins keep doing 10 until you stop burning then up it
Supernova283The burning might actually be more effective due because of the forced shedding, but that's also promoting skin cancer.
