Lately I've been spending sometime focusing on, what refer to as the "total package". What I'm talking about is breaking things down into categories and making sure they all are balanced. Each having equal value in my routine. Focusing on the areas I could improve on so that I'm gaining more from the categories that, I feel, are already strengths.
I broke things down into the following categories...
1) AAS (knowledge, cycle accuracy ie. dosage and timing)
2) Training Routine (split, routine design, constant routine change)
3) Diet (controlling my "fuck its", hitting my daily protein and calorie goal, keeping clean)
4) Rest (7 hours a night, forcing days off)
5) Supplementation (understanding which vitamins I need daily and which supplements fit my current goals)
6) Water intake (1 gal+ daily)
My weakest areas are Rest and Water Intake. My strength is Routine and IMO is the most important.
So I'm curious (no homo) as to what is your weakness and which is your strength? Which do you feel is most important to you?

ClassyChassisActually, they are all important in the end, and what it boils down to is knowledge and the discipline to follow the plan. Not to listen to that voice inside your head that we all have, The one that wants to sabotage us. The one that works against us. The one that says you don't feel like gagging down another shake or can of tuna or whatever. The one that says you can skip your workout. The one that says it doesn't matter if you party and stay up all night.
If you pay attention, you may be surprised to find that there is a voice in your head that does not have your best interests at heart. If you are not aware of this, you'll likely just automatically do what it says, because you think that it's you. Make the conscious decision to be vigilant and not to do anything that goes against yourself. Just decide that it's not negotiable. Point yourself in one direction, and one direction only. Maximum Performance.
Damn bro! Your like the Tony Robbins of Eroids. +1 for the motivation.
ClassyChassisHa ha, thanks bro. (-:
Ace VenturaDiet is by far my biggest weakness. Training comes easy for me. That might be the most important because I'd say that would be the number one thing the average Joe struggles with. Without a strict training regimen you'll obviously get nowhere.
Good stuff, everything else supports training.
