My lower back/pelvic pain experience
I wanted to share this experience because I've seen multiple post about guys working through back pain issues. This is something that I have slow become familiar with through my first 3 cycles. To be clear, the only advice I am giving here is that you need to listen to your body and don't be afraid to ask other members and do some research.
My first cycle was a 12 week Test E (500mg wkly) cycle plus all supporting and pct protocol. My results were great and I didn't have any concernable sides to include joint, injection or back pains.
Second cycle was another 12 week Test E (500mg wkly) cycle but kicked off the first 5 weeks with 50 mg of Tbol dly. This time I used the same AI and added HCG at week 6. About week 8 of this cycle is when I first experienced what I now know as back pumps. My lower back would really swell up and get pretty pain through my work outs. Outside of my workouts I had no swelling and mild stiffness. I posted about this on eroids and some members suggested taurine as a remedy. I started take 3g of taurine throughout the day and the back pumps were gone with a week.
I am currently in week 5 of my 3rd cycle. This one is 14 weeks of Test C (500mg wkly) and 16 weeks of EQ (600 mg wkly). Same supporting and pct protocol. I've also started quad injections with this cycle and with my back pump experience I've made the taurine part of my daily vitamin regiment so I no longer have them. This time around, for about the past week, I've experienced some really intense lower back/pelvic pain. This is different from the pump pain that I've experienced before. First it seemed to be more intense the day after injecting and gradually gets better until the next injection. Second it is not effected back effect by lifting weight. Then yesterday my superman complex set in during my leg workout. I started with some deadlifts. First set was great no issues. Second set was pretty tough with the same amount of weight. Third set I couldn't even get it up for one at the same weight. The rest of the day I was shut down. Time to do some research.
I got on eroids and started searching and found a post of a member dealing with some back pain. One member stated that it was probably one of two things. A slipped disc or a pinched never. That's when it hit me, I have a pinched nerve. See, yesterday when I was doing deadlifts with each set the muscles in my pelvis were getting swollen. This was pinching the nerve even more then normal. Also, the day after my injections I always seem to swell up a little more. I assume because of higher test levels. The only remedy I've been able to locate is stretching throughout the day and before and after workouts. This morning I did some pretty intense ballistic stretches and I feel much better today. I have an X-ray scheduled for tomorrow to rule out the slipped disc. At this point I feel like I've got a handle on it. If you know of any other remedies for a pinched never please feel free to share.
Hopefully some of you can gain from my experience. Work hard and be safe.
