I’ve done one injection of 125mg test e and after reading and having more advice I want to stop for now. Would my body be okay after just one injection?

You will be fine. No worries at all.
Nope - You’re screwed for life. You’re hair is gonna fall out. Your balls are gonna Shrink up. You’re gonna start being attracted to men, and want to wear make up. No lie it happened to my cousin after just one injection and stopping. Then again maybe he was already attracted to dudes and liked to wear make up now that I think about it.

Year ago I did a month of prop and never PCTd off. But that’s because the rest of the Test E was just freakin mad oil. Bastards. But my labs just slowly came back down to normal and when I went to cycle again did pre labs and my levels with back to what they were for being my age

I’m not going to say 100% yes without a single fraction of a doubt because there’s always that infinitesimal chance that the HPGA never recovers, but it’s highly, highly, highly unlikely after one itty bitty shot once the test clears out. I would take it to heart what people are telling you about holding off, but I wouldn’t tear your hair out overly worrying, either. Worrying does not do the body good. All those stress hormones? Bad news
Stop. And revisit in another 5 years or longer. You'll be fine and dandy
