+ 14 STOP Suggesting Trenbolone on a First cycle!!!!

ad

This is mainly for the New guys signing up onto the site of which there are many of lately! Welcome Smile

The extract below is amongst the many reasons why many of us more experienced members on here lose our shit when a newcomer comes on the site asking how to structure his Testosterone and Trenbolone dosages for his first ever steroid cycle.

There is obviously the danger of running too fast too soon, and simply injuring yourself through ruptured and strained muscles/tendons not yet accustomed to basic steroids, let alone advanced ones that cause quicker surges in strength but more so for health and longevity reasons. Getting into advanced and more toxic steroids this early in the game is completely unnecessary and stupid - to put it mildly. Trenbolone is an extremely toxic compound which many of the guys below will no doubt of used extensively over their careers, note just how many were found to have kidney and heart issues in their Autopsy reports. These are the main areas that trenbolone damages & destroys especially when run for long periods and at higher dosages, there is simply no reason whatsoever why ANYONE would need to run Tren in a first, second, third and often 4th cycle.

This post isn't designed to scare people off steroids or the more advanced ones, but to remind people of the real implications and dangers of them if you treat them as just a tool to quickly look better at the gym rather than considering and fully researching and everything that you are about to take. This is not a game or a get big quick strategy. When I first read this earlier on, some of it I found quite shocking still all these years later on. Nasser, Kovacs and Andreas I was a big fan of back in my teenage years.

The following extract is all courtesy of Akshay Chopra on Quora:

Why do bodybuilders die early when using steroids?

Back in the 80s and 90s, Austrian-born pro bodybuilder Andreas Munzer, was a quite a rage, for his ultra-shredded physique, and paper-thin skin texture.

On March 12, 1996, Munzer complained of severe stomach pain, and was admitted to the hospital. He was bleeding from the stomach and was right away set for surgery. His liver & kidney had already failed.

However, the doctors couldn’t save him. On the morning of March 14, 1996, he died, with the official autopsy giving the cause of death as dystrophic multiple organ failure. He was just 31.

However, the actual reports of his autopsy shocked the bodybuilding world, and showed the real dangers which plagued the sport. The reports showed that Munzer had numerous table-tennis-ball-size tumours in the liver and a heart that had grown to weigh an abnormal 636 grams, well above the typical 300 grams.

His liver weighed 2.9 kilograms, almost a kilo heavier than a normal male’s liver weighing in at 2 kilograms. The Bile ducts in the liver had stopped functioning.

His kidneys were swollen to huge size, and the testes were virtually shrivelled. His electrolytes were also out of balance, and his potassium levels were extremely high. Traces of about 20 different drugs were found, along with acute toxicity (perhaps caused by a stimulant).

He is not alone. There is a list of top pro bodybuilders who had an untimely and tragic end:

Mike Matarazzo (died at age 48) – had an open heart surgery in 2004, followed by an heart attack 3 years later in 2007. Finally, He died on August 16, 2014, in a hospital while waiting for a heart transplant.

Dallas McCarver (died at age 26) – On August 22, 2017, Dallas was found on the floor at home with food scattered around him. He was pronounced dead at 1:03 am. Enlarged liver and kidneys, nephrosclerosis (a hardened kidney), heavy lungs, and a papillary thyroid carcinoma were noted in autopsy.

Nasser El Sonbaty (died at age 47) – in sleep due to kidney & heart failure.

Greg Kovacs (died at age 44) – due to heart failure.

Mohammed Benaziza (died at age 33) – was found dead in his hotel room on October 4, 1992, shortly after that competition. He died of heart failure caused by excessive consumption of diuretic products.

Rich Piana (died at age 46) – in 2017, Rich suffered a heart attack, fell to the ground and hit his head. With the lack of oxygen going to his brain, the doctors put Rich on a medically induced coma. But in a week, his breathing started to deteriorate and he was put back on the ventilator, until he passed away. Rich Piana’s autopsy revealed, an enlarged heart (and “significant heart disease”), fatty liver, congested thyroid, discoloured kidneys etc.

More worryingly there have been many more since these guy's!

How is this a topic!?! I just don’t get it.
I suppose stupid is as stupid does.
We have the internet to actually research topics.
The fact you don’t is a YOU problem.

The side effects are too intense. Especially in a high heat climate. I’d probably die where I currently live. And the insomnia makes working the next day a pain. So many better compounds and obviously diet diet diet!

Good write up press, lately there’s been arguments against claims that Tren is linked to damaging the liver or that it’s mild on the liver which is complete horseshit. It absolutely causes damage to multiple organs despite recent claims. There’s no need for me to ever run Tren again but if I do, it will be a low dose of Parabolan.

I am someone who is usually very liberal with compound choice due to the idea of dose mattering more than compound choice. With that said, I think it’s fucking stupid to try anything but the most MANAGEABLE compounds.
If you decided to take recreational drugs, would you jump straight to fucking speed balling? I hope to god not, yet people on here think that Tren and MENT are just another flavor of steroid.
People new to steroids needs to learn that your ability to manage and understand the effect of each steroid on you matters so much. If you take multiple steroids at the same time, all at doses you know nothing about the effect upon you, how can you know what’s causing anything in your body. An example I remember seeing on Reddit was a guy taking 750mg test, 100mg anadrol, and 400mg Tren (RIP to his blood pressure) and he didn’t know what was causing his gyno. While gyno isn’t the biggest deal to some, the point is that you don’t know what other symptoms are internal and have gone unnoticed. Just take some fucking test and eat and train hard.

Tren isn’t even that great. I had much better results from deca.

All of the men on my dad's side die in their early to mid 50s. My dad's uncle was 52, grandpa was 53, my dad was 56. Scary having to worry about that and it does make dating harder nobody wants to take a risk on someone they may only get 10 years with

Find a hot younger woman. Let her stack the high dollar life insurance policy on ya. And bang the hell outta those next 10 years

all steroids are dangerous in large doses. Trenbolone has a particular problem because it attacks the kidneys even at low doses. In the 2000s we still had real veterinary products, now the products are no longer dosed properly because everything is underground. At the time, it was said that real trenbolone made you pee blood, which was also true in large doses or in long cures. I have used trenbolone acetate and parabolan before. trenbolone acetate over 6 weeks and parabolan over 8 weeks. (separately) trenbolone acetate has real dosage at the time i used 50mg every day, but now i take 100mg every day, not the same quality even with the best labs. For me it is the best steroid correctly used, in cycle of cut or gain of mass. On the other hand, you will lose your cardio, but it is imperative to continue doing it, it is important. Also, the first time I used trenbolone acetate I stayed in bed for 3 days with a fever (which is normal)... In the first cycle it's big nonsense, even in the second cycle. This product is not a magic product as some think. You must be informed and have sufficient experience to use this product, knowing your body is a sign of maturity in bodybuilding. Be careful sports friends, in the first cycle just use Sustanon 250mg / ml That's more than enough! Week 1 and 6: 1ml Week 2 to 5: 2ml Proviron 25mcg per day Here you go friends, good luck!

Munzer must of known there was something seriously wrong. He was probably pissing blood, and the stomach pain had been going on for some time, just got to a point where he was in agony and the dreaded visit to hospital had to be made. I hope he went peacefully.

Just the bodyweight of Bodybuilders in the off season nowadays, 300lb and over was completely unheard of, it's almost a norm now. And the heart has to work just the same as if you were a big pile of flabby blubber. I bet some are suffering all types of sleeping disorders, bigger ain't always better, especially if it takes you in your sleep.

Great Post BTW, you may of seen them already, there are a few good videos in honour of bodybuilders and similar who have passed away on YouTube.
That loon luimarco did a great one called fallen giants if memory serves.

The only way I can imagine Munzer dealt with all the liver pain must have been to use heavy amounts of pain medications, which in turn must of made his liver even worse. Its truly amazing what these guys can tolerate just to win a competition, liver and kidneys ALREADY failed when he visited hospital. I remember though when I use to buy Musclemag and Flex and although he was in phenomenal shape he always had a deathly look about his face that always looked unhealthy. Never forget when I bought Flex and Nassers death was right across it - I was gutted as I was a big fan of him. Crazy to think there was no Internet back then and it took weeks to find out about his death rather than instantly like it is with most Bodybuilders nowadays!

Jrblh2's picture

Mike Matorazzo was a phenomenal body builder and he publicly said that it was steroids were the main factor in his diminishing health. He knew he was dying so sad because he seemed like a great guy.

press1's picture

That was very honest of him to admit that especially during those days, when guys died back then or were ill they never admitted to it having anything to do with steroids. It was always some BS to do with too much dietary protein or an hereditary organ problem inherited from parents. I do remember he was a popular guy at the time.

Press we might be the ones getting old and outta reality
I have kids 18- 24. They have friends there cycles make my head hurt. Is it they make money on instagram , youtube, only fans , or just t plan vein, this is the new society atleast where i live by beaches and woman

press1's picture

Sure buddy I get exactly what you are saying - I had a grandfather who smoked like a chimney and drank neat spirits every night of his life till drunk and somehow made it till his mid eighties. There are healthy people dying of bowel cancer and lung cancer in their 40's who have never smoked! BUT what we can do is limit our exposure to risk so our chances are much less of becoming ill from these things, and then the rest is up to God with what he wants to happen to us Yes 3

Another killer we dont talk much about is skin cancer from the sun even YEARS LATER alot is cureable or cut it off when detected early.
SO ALL YOU guys in the sun or tanning beds get check and get it fixed

Rosschestzip's picture

Igf-1 causes cancer growth (I'm sure you know this) and seems to effects skin cancer more then other cancers. it has something to do with IGF-1 receptors in the skin or something like that. But I'm sure the combination of high IGF-1 levels in bodybuilders and tanning beds are probably a perfect recipe for skin cancer growth. Im not sure if Melanotan has some risks involved with it and skin cancer as well but I haven't researched it yet.

I am pretty sure its all coming from Youtube buddy and these Idiot 'Influencers' - Anything remotely linked to steroids or lifting weights immediately displays countless Videos on Trenbolone either listing it as dangerous or brilliant. Ultimately these guys watch the videos then realise its effectiveness and become drawn to it whether its good or bad for you, and then want to run it.

Is it bad that it took me a while to work out what IG was? I’m clearly getting old…..
