+ 10 STEALTH...sshhh...stealth
ad
WARNING for all you bright and eager kids pretending you're of age and wise beyond your years. And to those who some how managed to survive to be in their 30's in spite of your dim wits.
DO NOT POST PICS OR TALK WITH ANY DETAIL ABOUT STEALTH PRODUCTS
I will be making drastic cuts to your karma for being just plain too dumb to realize a secret is not a secret when it becomes gossip.

Because of the need to tell some people multiple times,............... starting Aug 1st, a brief IQ test will be required before you are allowed to post.
Red.1979finally
And a blood test to confirm more than one branch in the family tree.
It's a sad commentary that this post even needs to be here. Sad, but unfortunately, not shocking.
I hate the new generation :(
Nothing but selfies, games, facebook, Instagram blah blah blah... They think they're untouchable and when they get in a pinch they sing like a canarie and call for mom to help. Pathetic really.
Won't answer the fucking phone but will respond to a text almost immediately. Funny thing is I remember my old man saying the same type of thing about our generation and my Gramps about my old mans. Lmao
Texting is in most cases more convenient than talking aloud, period. Not a generational thing. If the Neanderthals had iPhones with wi-fi they would have been doing the same damn thing. Not utilizing technology as it comes is just being stubborn for no reason.
It's not that I'm not utilizing technology. It's that I actually like to interact with whom I am communicating with. But look at at how I turned Greg's post into a Trainwreck.
It is more convenient. I can ask a question or make a statement and you can answer when available. Simple and I'm not intruding on your time. If I call and your busy or can't get to the phone then there is no communication. Though when I was a kid. ( back just after dirt was made) . We had to wait to have a conversation for when we physically saw each other. Man if the kids these days had to wait for an answer they would probably explode. Jm2c
i prefer a live phone call to a damn text, that's partly what's wrong with kids and younger people, they spend so much time on there phone texting social media that when you put them into a social setting they have a hard time communicating or carrying a conversation
Then you just hop them up on adderall along with the other 4 million people in the US
I guess a lot of parents use their teenage kids to get that shit for themselves. That Chris Bell documentary Prescription Thugs really opened my eyes to how dirty Big Pharma likes to play. It's so easy to get hooked. I won't lie, I have a dirty little secret of my own courtesy of a prescription. I'm willing to bet I'm far from the only one on here who does. Sad but true.
Dirty they are. I'm probably right there with ya haha
Perspective. Someone could just as easily say that because older generations spend too much time communicating vis-a-vis and over the phone that they struggle to grasp text etiquette, so that's a rather specious argument. I can't believe I'm defending my gen; there's a lot wrong with it, but I hardly think texting is a big deal. It's easy and convenient, regardless of anyone's preference. Pragmatism beats nostalgia every time.
Exactly! Socially awkward
But see, if it's the new social norm, then they're not the ones who are considered awkward by the hoi polloi. That's an unbiased observation.
But it's not the norm
I would say preferring texting over live conversation is considered normal these days. Perhaps one day we'll have means of communication via telepathy, but until then, texting will be king for quite some time.
Living a life through a phone, computer or video game is turning into the norm which is very sad.
People don't take the time anymore to appreciate the simple things in life. They want anything and everything like now or yesterday. Damn and if that WIFI isn't working 100% I'm going to have a meltdown lol.
Well, what people do behind closed doors, that's not my business. If someone legitimately enjoys playing an MMO with a headset on all day versus a quiet walk through the woods with the missus, then it's not my place to judge. We all choose our own paths. An individual spending all his or her time on electronic devices in America did not have a gun pressed to their head to coax them into such a lifestyle. If that makes them happy, I say great. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That last part is our own to define. That's what makes life so interesting.
I guess my biggest issue is we are coddling these kids and young people telling them it's ok to be socially akward or it's ok to come in second or how about everyone gets a trophy .. honestly answer what the hell would this county do if we was invaded or we went to war ? Look at the population we have to choose from. I unlisted when I was 18 not saying my generation is better but we was not a bunch of pusses
Yeah I don't know. I pay attention to me. I don't care what my peers are doing. I do know that I consider 2nd place a failure for my part.
Honestly, the complacency in sports trickles down right up from the professionals. There's so much damned money in pro sports these days that athletes are content chasing money over championships. But that's tricky. After all, who's truly winning? Player A on the New England Patriots making 5 million a year, or player B on the Cleveland Browns making 20 million a year?
Even individual sports fall victim to this. How depressed can Marin Cilic possibly be after getting blown off the court by Roger Federer last Sunday once that 1.1 million dollar check is in the bank?
Maybe we're just conditioning these young, hopeful athletes as parents to make a lot of fuckin' money one day, whether they win or lose in the pro ranks. Assuming the .01% chance our little Johnny (Manziel?) actually makes it to the pros. Let's be honest, if they're conditioned to merely win at all costs (pay cut/team friendly deal), the money just isn't as good, is it? That's my theory, that parents have dollar signs in their eyes when rearing their little athletes.
That's true lol but we are clogging up the thread now
Totally agree!. I hope all those hours logged on to call of duty pay off for those kids if Russia or China comes to invade us. The big picture is the picture which too many have lost site of.
Anonasl? Anyone? Anyone? No homo
No locations! Haha
AOL, good ol days ha
ClassyChassisKids are so used to posting the minutia of their private lives online that the idea of privacy or the need for it doesn't seem to occur to them. They live in a bubble. They're completely oblivious to the fact that they are being monitored. I just warned a guy on a SI that appears to have given his actual name, age, and location. At least I found someone online matching it in about 2 minutes. Unbelievable..
I second this... Times they are a changin and you all need to smarten up quickly.
And they wonder why and bitch about an increase in seized packages
