So, I've completed my first cycle. My gains are everything I hoped for. I particularly noticed huge growth in lats, delts and pecs. So now I can't help but check myself out in the mirror whenever I get dressed. I love the way I look!
Unfortunately, I have to wear clothes when I go out. And if I run around in singlets I do show off my muscle but end up just looking like a dick. So here's my question:
How do you guys show off your body work without just looking pretentious? What clothes do you buy? What postures do you emphasize? Which muscle groups are best for looking buff even when fully clothed?

Weve all been there bro. Good on ya for making those gains by the way, time to show them off!!!! Look....alot of people are going to think "Look at that Dick" but really who gives a fuck what they think if you are happy with what your presenting. Ive reached the stage where I look like a big mofo in whatever I wear so dont have the problem of looking pretentious.
Thanks trainbrain - I hadn't thought of it that way. There's the "not care what people think" and wear sweatpants option but I can just as easily "not care what people think" and show off my muscles however I damn please!
Time to hit the shops and buy a new wardrobe. That and start planning and buying some gear for my next cycle (which I'll wait 14 weeks before starting, of course!)

DT-SwoleI'm 235 at 5'8 so I fill out pretty much 3x shirts lol.
Ideally (for me) I like to think of juicing like a good haircut, its best when it goes unnoticed. As I've stated 100x before I have no desire to be the biggest guy in the room, just the one you don't want to fuck with. I am one of those "question mark" guys who just looks damn good for a guy my age ; )
The "rule of cool" (for me) is I don't need to show it off, I just need to know it... When I know I'm looking good I know ppl are taking notice. My girl LOVES it when we are rolling on the Bike and heads are turning. She calls me "King Cool" cuz I make eye contact with NO ONE... I don't need to, I KNOW!

i do it for me, not for everyone else.. i have to wear a button up and dress pants for my job, so i really dont get to show off anything.. i would suggest "anvil" brand shirts, they fit really well, and have a nice taper for the "X" body type

Just joking bro we both are mainly in gym wear due to it being our business,only time we wear real clothes is weddings and funerals lol...
Lol.. I was referring to bb competing, but wearing posing uniform to the gym would definately raise some eyebrows lol.
We have done a lot of that this week suze is on stage this weekend,plenty of eyeballs on stalks i can tell ya lol the guys in the gym have had a real treat this week lol....
