Shoulder pain remedy

Currently on week 2 of pct and get some shoulder pain. More on left than right. Sharp at the outer end of collar bone. What do you do to ease shoulder pain?

Having shoulder issues myself, my first thought is labrum or ac joint. The best treatment for me is strengthening my rear shoulders/back. I had physical therapy and they pointed out the muscle imbalance I had and over time I have been working on it and although I still have a small labrum tear, I can basically work out pain free. I just have to be mindful. Anytime I feel even the slightest twinge, I drop my weight and make sure form is correct. Stretching is key too! From what you described though, sounds like an AC joint issue. I would recommend seeing a doc, maybe some PT even if it's just for an evaluation!
If it starts feeling interior...some of the old powerlifters swear by a lil dabble of horse linament.

If its soley related to muscle/tendon/ligament look into graston scraping technique. Use it on a lot tissue relates injuries
If it is muscle related, Taurine works wonders. I take about 5-6 grams daily.
Feels like muscle just because it hurts more under a load.
Get some Taurine then. You'll feel better the first day and nearly perfect in three days. Taurine is now part of my daily supplements.
